Wish I could offer first hand experience but the closest I had a friend who use to make one or two trips a year to Pattaya.  He always came back with a huge smile on his face and not that much of a dent in his wallet.  Between the tales he told and some surfing I've done on the web my impression is that you can get have an all nighter for around 60 large TB (about $$) - or make it a 3 way for about half of that more.  Lots to pick from.  Beautiful and highly skilled. ;>).

He would usually spend a few days going crazy and then find 1 (or more often 2) to cuddle up with for the last week of his trip.

The pics he brought back were incredible but beware the Kahoey's (ladyboys).

Unfortunately my friend and I kind of lost contact with each other or I would hook you up.

In most parts of Bangkok you can't swing a dead cat without hitting a provider...no matter where you are, ask the concierge discretely...the girls they have access to are normally much hotter than any you can pick up in a club, and thye usually deliver as promised.  Skip the guys on the street and cab drivers who try to offer their sisters (literally).  If all else fails, go to Soi Cowboy and pick one out, there's 15 or so clubs on the street, and all the girls are available.  The quality ranges from a step above street walker to solid 9's.  

ANother hint, if you are looking for an overnighter at Soi Cowboy try to find her the night before and schedule for the next day.  If you grab someone out of a club its already late and they've been dancing and possibly "working" already.  You can get a girl in Soi Cowboy to visit your hotel the next evening, if you offer them dinner (even room service) the price gets better!  You can get a girl from 10 PM - 8 AM for around BHT 5000-8000 (US$160-250).  To give you an example, I was offered a "rest of the nighter" at 2:00 AM for BHT 100 (that's around US$5.00) just so the girl could sleep in a comfy bed with air conditioning.
