your immunizations first and start on Truvada and an anti-viral. This combination gives you 99% protection but can cause liver damage if you don't stay hydrated, which people are often lax about in tropical climes.

The only Immunization shots I go were when I was a baby lol. I've been in some crazy places and never got any shots to prevent anything. I don't think about those things. And I'm extremely healthy.
