If they are asking for more than whatever is in their terms and conditions, you may be entitled to a refund. If you paid by credit card, the cc may reverse the charge.
FWIW, I've never met with a provider who only advertises on EROS. Explore your options.I am completely concerned about the way eros.com is behaving. They have never been kind, not even polite, but finally you got to have what you paid for and it brings good results.
Now, not only me, but many friends in the business are starting to think that they are only charging for the ads and making any kind of excuses to avoid posting them.
For example, this is the last message I received from them. After several messages asking to take off photos, send documentation once and again (in video, in pictures, and finally scanned color copy of the document, etc...
But this is the message that brought me to think there is something really weird about their behavior (I will copy and Paste it):
"Your Michigan advertisement for XXXX has been returned. Further action is required before it can be published
Reason: other
Further action is required in order to publish your advertisement.

We require an Authentication Photo with your face fully visible holding a handwritten sign with the full current date (MM/DD/YYYY) and 'Eros' written on it with the same background from your ad photos and in the same clothing".
This is ridiculous, as most providers have professional studio photos and in this case that is absolutely clear.
It is important to notice that eros.com is above the other sites aesthetically, and in the type of clients it attracts. But here is my concern. They don't provide customer service, give nothing about customer satisfaction and their policies as well as their management is starting to look tricky.
What I think, and I would really appreciate your thoughts about this all, is that if we keep paying them they will keep doing as they like. Any suggestions on other sites that may provide the same service and results would also be appreciated.
and given how this all started soon after SESTA/FOSTA became law, it would appear to them, and I would agree, that EROS is working hand and glove with LE to accumulate a database of escort that they can use at their will to prosecute or otherwise harass. EROS, in other words, has flipped.
Given this, I don't think it is wise for any escort to continue to use EROS.
That's why I won't go near it with a 10 foot pole. There's plenty of other ad sites that don't also want a lock of hair, my mother's maiden name, and my firstborn!

But everything else seems reasonable to me.
Many mongers don't like fake touched up pro pics and catfish. Then they blame websites for misleading them.

I still look at Eros, but at this point tryst seems to be carrying more ads in the areas where I see girls, with fewer questionabl ads.
I have had this happen and many other providers I know.
Every year the authentication expires and you have to renew it.
You don't have to submit that authentication photo to have an ad but it won't have the verified sign on your ad.
Some ladies mind and some don't.
This is really not out of the ordinary ladies who have been advertising with them for years know this.
Good luck to you
and sandy gave up fighting it.

It's happened to me twice, when I was actually already "Verified" and once even pulled the ads I already had running, refusing to repost them until I'd sent it.
The first time was several years ago, back when they had some semblance of customer service and you could actually speak to them on the phone.
I couldn't understand why they'd done this (I was touring, NEEDED the ads up & it was a huge inconvenience) so I asked the lady on the phone and she explained it was because, after further review of my photos, it was believed the "model" in the pics was significantly YOUNGER than the age listed in my ad (Over 40) and the age from my ID & personal information.
So.... they were asking me for more proof because they decided I looked YOUNGER than I really am. LOL.
Personally, I thought that was AWESOME! I cracked up laughing and asked if I could HUG her.
Now, the other time it happened was after they'd eliminated their call center and like you, no explanation was given.
BUT! Even though they say it must be the same background, that hasn't been a sticking point on either occasion OR when I've sent in my "Verification" photos without it being required. I just put on one of the outfits or items and take a selfie which shows very little background. It's worked each time so I hope it does for you too!!!
Hey, if your pics are real, this means it's a compliment.
You have nothing to hide, and you took those pics and they let you go through. Everyone is happy - you, Eros and your clients. I love happy endings!
I wish Eros was subjecting all girls to such stringent standards to post ads and get verified. Los Angeles Eros is overrun by ads by agencies and indies with fake/stolen pics...
Since signing up on TER have never had a “surprise” date. OK some better then others but have not seen and will not see providers based on an add and picture on Eros ( or Tryst)
Actually before BP was taken down once a provider had reviews here had better results from there.
Thank you reviewers and TER
When BP was operating, most of the guys whining here about scams and robs found the girls on BP far more than all the other sites combined.
BP was not a very trustable resource.
Most of LE busts were through BP
Yes there were a lot of fakes and hustles but with the reviews onTER from reviewers I trusted had good sessions.
The authentication rules vary from city to city. This is also true with what photos the site approves: it also varies from city to city. Some of their "rules" seem super arbitrary. Like why approve one photo and not another? I've noticed, for example, that a photo with a full bust out is more likely to get approved for publication on Eros than a photo with something sheer, be it, panties, see-through-dress or any other type of sheer lingerie.
As far as all the information that we ladies need to submit to the site in order to advertise, that is admittedly a bit concerning. As far as I know, everyone needs to submit photos of their ids and real credit or debit card information for payment. The site wants all personal information on the card for payment, not just zip code and cvn number. You can no longer use anonymous payment methods. Also, Eros specifically blocks you from utilizing a virtual private network from blocking your ip. That way, the location from which you are submitting your ad is clear. This is all very concerning for us ladies because many of us too, like discretion.
As you may or may not know, there are ladies in the business who advertise as being independent but in reality, someone else is behind the curtain pulling the strings. Especially since FOSTA/SESTA,, the site is careful to eliminate that. They don't want a manager or agent posting ads on the lady's behalf. They don't want fake photos. They don't want anyone under age to slip through the cracks, or anyone who is not authorized to work in the US posting ads and working. All these requirements for verification and documentation is standard for any adult industry work, just hasn't been implemented for online escorting until after the passage of FOSTA/SESTA. At least, that's how i appease my worry about all of their requirements for verification and documentation. Maybe all these requirements are an indication that the industry is moving towards legitimization.
As far as customer service from Eros, it's never been outstanding. They know that they have a monopoly in the marketplace and because of this, they just dgaf about their customers. Yet, it still brings in the best clients and always has.
There are some other sites that are slowly gaining traction and are less of a pain as far as posting and verification, so we'll just have to see how it all goes. Ad venues are constantly changing.
This is an excellent and extremely informative post.
I Wish I could give you more than one like for it!
I too have had a terrible experience dealing with Eros. We are their clients the reason eros exists and yet they treat us like the enemy. They no longer take phone calls and they do not respond in a timely manner. i paid to post an ad. i had already been verified a year before but this time the ad did not go up i emailed them for months asking what the problem was. i emailed i wanted a refund. they responded no refunds. months after i had given up they ran my ad no explantion.
I will never use them again
Horrible company
i have found better sites to advertise
adeline dare
Girls have mentioned all sorts of issues with EROS.
So they are focusing on Twitter now, not should why they don't just flock back here but I saw on GLS that they are giving free profiles. Saw they have independents and porn stars as well.
So they might as well skip EROS altogether.
I don't really pay to post because this is my hobby, but I did love the clients I got off eros bdsm. I was always down with that site, and even met up for a dinner meeting with the heads back when the company cared. I was banned, but I think it was a blessing.
A lot of other sites that I was on require the same to verify. I requested to be taken off several sites. The game ain't the same. lol Smile 4 me!
They work with LEO and have clearly stated so, And they have copies of your identification and photographs. They have also had huge data breaches lately that have outed the original unblurred photograph of many ladies. Putting them at risk. If you are on Twitter there is always lots of discussion about this Site and other options to utilize.
The only way to show a business that you are not satisfied with their service is to stop sending them your money.
Good Luck

I still look at eros. Mostly just watching for a particular touring lass who doesn't publish a schedule.
The photos on Tryst look remarkably real. One exception is a MP that is really good at finding pictures of porn stars that are not on the radar search engines (Janey Doe, Priya Price, Yurizan Beltran). I fell for it.
Er*s is a damn nightmare to deal with. I just spent time and money on a photoshoot, and the have returned every single pic for not following their 'publishing standards' . Except, you have no clue what about your pic is a violation, and they refuse to give any input. There is absolutely no consistency or standard to what is approved and what is not. n Every time I have to resubmit, and try again, it's 48hrs....but DFW is a tough market, and covid only has made it worse. It's one of the only options ....
Can any eros ladies explain to me why this pic was returned?
But in the case of this particular pic, if you really zoom in, it looks as though some pubic area is showing. They’re often very militant about ANY skin showing in the bikini area.
(I don’t agree with their policies. I’ve personally had dozens of similar photos rejected, so I understand your frustration.)
I hope that helps!
Sorry for the hassle you're receiving from Eros but my real motive is to urge you to visit us in Manhattan! x Michael
you look beautiful! ![]()
I can sympathize with your frustration with Eros. I've had a provider email me a handful of times where I had to email Eros to confirm that I was the photographer who had taken her photo and that indeed was actually her in the photo. I have no idea that it did anything to help as I don't think I ever received a reply.
But as to your photo, as already mentioned, I'd guess that the sheer portion of the bottoms may reveal a little too much and also the curve of the material may possible show too much skin in that area. That is really simple to fix in editing and once done, you might try submitting it once again.
I'm going to guess this pic was rejected because your underwear isn't fuller and your crotch isn't 100% covered. Make sure any underwear/bikini bottom you wear in an Eros pic is at least 2 inches thick on the strap. No guarantees, but I find that helps.
you look like you're in bad mood, but what do I know?
When touring I only post quick ads I refuse to wait days sometimes weeks to get an ad approved. I prefer Tryst but most clients still use Eros for whatever reason and its still the most popular ad set in most areas. I've quickly learned the type of photos that will be rejected so I take photos specifically for eros and just post the sexier ones on twitter or only fans.
Just my perspective....
I have started using tryst as a resource recently.
I think ( at least for me ) ,the reason a lot of guys still use EROS is because we are looking for upper tier companions. Now...by now, the jig is up, and everyone knows that its become a hodgepodge on EROS now... scammers, and BP girls have saturated the site now, and its no longer a fairly reliable source for seeking a true GFE encounter.
But tryst is no better for discerning this information either.
As things have evolved...its become a minefield for clients
( Referring to all sites ) seeking quality companionship.
At one time, you could kind of discern if a provider was GFE from the rate. But not now...
Now you have ladies that wouldn't even survive in a BP market, asking for 5 an hour.
The single worst enemy to providers are the bad ones. They arent your brethren...they're the reason that you have to put up with guys needing to verify you now...
