Ladies and gents- how many of you enjoy the time before you meet each other?  Ladies, do you find excitement in your preparation to fulfill a fantasy?

Anticipation is part of one of my fantasies. It feels like breathing air at 12k feet. Have fun.

I'm experiencing that anticipation right now!! I certainly enjoy it, but there's also a bit of frustration involved that I have to wait and can't meet with the lady to consummate the mental fantasy. If I'm exchanging emails or PM's with someone I'm getting ready to visit it almost becomes what I call "electronic foreplay".  So it's  both good and bad….

but since you had the courage to post about your feelings why not. Yes I have a lot of fun thinking and fantasizing about my dates. I like to schedule in advance for this very reason.  I am a daydreamer by nature so it comes naturally for me. I do not, however, expect anyone to be daydreaming about me.

I see people myself for a living. It's also very intimate but in a different way. I enjoy some clients more than others. I look at my schedule a week in advance and  when I see some names I smile and when I see others I think this is going to be a lot of work.

I always hope my dates smile and do not think this is going to be a lot of work

Sure, that's a big part of the fun involved with regular trusted ladies! I have a fav located about 300 miles away that I see four or five times a year. We keep in touch via IM between visits. When a rendezvous is approaching the IM's get down right dirty as she talks about what she is going to do to me and what she wants me to do to her...

I totally feel anticipation. It is both a blessing and a curse.

I savor the mystery and the tingly nerves. I relish the stirrings caused by thinking of what may occur. There is an unmistakable lightness in my step.

At the same times, the clock becomes interminable. I wander through the days before the meeting like an Alzheimers patient, only vaguely aware of where I am or what I am supposed to be doing. When I turn to reading about the lady I am to meet or looking at her website, I flip to being like someone with Asperger syndrome, keenly focused and finding out everything there is to know about her.

At this point in my life, I am usually unable to be spontaneous about hobbying. Add to the complexity of my life the fact that it takes some time for ladies to complete their screening... the result is that most of the appointments I make are between one and two weeks ahead. I do try, however, to have something fun scheduled every week!  I find that I don't think about it too much until two days ahead, Then, I wake up toward morning dreaming about what I want to do to the lady, and what she will do to me. I wake up with a raging hard on. It's even worse one day ahead, but calms down the morning of the appointment. I save the pent up energy for the encounter! Anticipation is a huge part of the experience for me..... thanks for the discussion

I'm anticipting a trip next month, and have been for quite some time. I'm going to be seeing two ladies on two different days. One, I jokingly asked five months in advance, and have been flirting with ever since. She probably still thinks I'm a little screwy, but she said yes, so that's okay. The other lady, I have met socially at a M&G, and have wanted to see in a more intimate setting ever since. I can't wait for this wonderful weekend to get here. My playtime is limited to only once every 2-3 months, so my anticipation level is quite high by the time I finally get to see the ladies, and like I said, I do tend to plan things way ahead of time.

Anticipation and imagination are wonderful things.

I dug through some old posts of yours.  If you are set with the 2 you referred to, the anticipation should be nothing like the experience.

Thanks for the confirmation (did much research for this trip)...there was a slight change in plans and am trying to make arrangements with another highly respected lady (due to scheduling change). Hopefully that works out and these will be the highlights of the trip.

Anticipation is one reason I like to book morning sessions because I can not get anything done before a session. I only get to do this about once a month & I like to book about 2 weeks in advance, but I have a trip to RI in Oct & am saving up so I can see 2 ladies. I was only going to see one but ended up flirting with another one on the NE board & am hoping to be able to set something up.

First times still make me nervous.

That's why I think NSNC can be such a disappointment.

I'm pretty new in this world, but I have to admit I'm full of anticipation as well!

There are a few wonderful gentlemen who have scheduled their next time with me upon leaving- I only will see those I like again- so therefore I am left with fantasies for the next encounter.

Likewise for new (to me) gentlemen. I currently work through an agency where I will hear tidbits about my new friends before I meet them. Some of those tidbits make me very excited eading up to sharing my time with him!

I love the anticipation!

Whether it's the excitement of knowing I'm getting together with someone I've seen several times before and click with or the butterflies and bits of anxiety that accompany meeting someone knew. Doesn't matter, I love the buildup prior to actually meeting. Waiting for that door to open is one of my favorite things!!

I have many people I have been introduced to on the boards but yet to meet. Much anticipation goes along with meeting each new friend.

Anticipation is better for Ketchup.....now that's something to wait for......

The down side of all of the anticipation that I experience happens when the lady cancels at the last minute. Just the way my life is shaped right now, I unfortunately have to plan time for my trysts well in advance. I really do look forward to being with the lady in question - I put a lot of thought into whom I select to be with, and I save up a LOT of sensual energy for her! The anticipation AFFECTS me! I really crash hard when the lady cancels. I understand that it is sometimes really unavoidable, but I would ask the ladies out there to keep in mind what it does to some of us when you cancel or just loose track. Please only miss an appointment when really really necessary. (I have heard the occasional lame excuse - in these cases I do not reschedule). I understand the flip side - that this is a business for the ladies, and I have kept the occasional  appointment when for one reason or another I was not at my  best, and would otherwise have preferred not to (I would not do so if I were contagious). What I've learned is to keep up relations with a couple of agencies that can be counted on to have someone available on short notice if things fall through. Actually the agencies I deal with are so reliable that I'm thinking today about going that way entirely..... but of course I'm having a bad day. I suspect you can guess why....

I am fairly new to this and the one time it happened, the lady was really good communicating with me- so it softened the blow of having to reschedule.

Hi - The lady had very legitimate reasons for canceling but I only received two hours notice. Perhaps unavoidable. Perhaps she was waiting to see if she would be able to make it. I have not yet seen this lady, but we have had a lot of great communication. I still look forward to seeing her. I generally see independent ladies, but am finding the usefulness of escort agencies, especially when in need of a quick fix!
