Genital warts

On 8/2 I posted a question about treatment of genital warts and I think it got buried in the several threads about movies. I would like to repeat my question to see if I can get some response from someone who has knowledge of this treatment or any other treatment.
There is a web site for Alotek by a Dr. Joe Glickman who promotes a product called beta-mannan as being capable of "curing" these warts, which my doctor says are not curable.
Does anyone know anything about this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Dude, you're screwed!  There is no cure.  They can remove them with frozen nitrogen but that hurts.  But hey sometimes they go away after that and don't appear.  Look just be happy you didn't catch anything else. Practice safe sex and be thankful for the things you have.

If you look back a few weeks, you will find a thread on this subject.  The most important thing to remember (I am truly sorry about this) is that you MUST retire from the hobby, and contact all of your sexual partners for the last year or so and inform them.  The unfortunate fact is that condoms are not effective against HPV (the virus which causes warts).  And even if you do not have any visible symptoms, you could be what is called a shedder, which means you could pass the virus on to your partner.  Check these links:

Sorry to hear about it man.

Look, a woman at Planned Parenthood once told me that over 75% of the population has HVP... As long as they get them treated they don't have to RETIRE! That is like saying they can never have sex again! Please!

I wish people wouldn't act like they are doctors on here.

Look , just go get treated , no need to RETIRE> LMAO
