My regonal board is almost as general as the GD board and real slow.

So no, people would have to post mush more often for there to be a vibe other then the vibe it is dead. But my regional ad board is hopping with tons of ads. To bad very few if any are in my area.

But the regional board for my area doesn't seem to have that overtone.  However, I belong to a message board that I have been on since the beginning of my time in the game.  I personally know many of the top posters there and it allows a lot more insight into whats being posted and the mind behind the post.  Recently there was a meltdown when a group of hobbyists on that board created a private room.  It wasn't the private room that provoked many providers into trying to blacklist these guys but the guys in the room created a monthly award for providers and a "seal of approval" that the lucky or as it turned out unlucky lady could add to her signature.  One day on the GD board out of the blue a girl that no one can say one bad thing about is announced to be the groups first recipient of their seal of approval.  The next month another girl receives the "prize".  I personally thought it was cute but in the end these guys were made out to be villains who were strong arming the girls into extra time, discounted rates and everything else under the sun you could think of.  The girls were receiving emails from other girls accusing them of offering the that extra time or providing extra rates, etc.  The room was eventually retired.  I guess I give that background because I have seen the example when groups come together they are looked upon with disdain.  Personally, I don't see the problem with it and fall into the category that if you don't like it, don't read it.

The New Mexico board is DEAD. surpised when I see anyone read, much less respond on our board..

There is a little bit of drama from a famous posting providers and the camp of providers that loath her.
The dudes are pretty decent.
The gals are great overall.
Mostly reluctance due to the "legal activity" in the area.

and it's easy to get caught up in politics. Some clashes and favoritism are expected and ignored.

The general board is more for entertainment and the chance of you meeting someone from this board happens seldom. A nation wide board gives less need to post a shill or for a lady to try to get extra attention from the men. We are all here to bullshit

Not that we don't get more than our fair share of spineless suckups, but there is a little bit less incentive to suck up to hookers who live a two thousand miles away in order to "curry favor" with them than it is to suck up to a local lady in the hopes she will find you irresistible because of your shiny white shield. lol

but yeah, we still get the spineless little fucks here on GD as well.

I wonder if I am safe, hiding behind this alias, I am sure no one will figure out who I really am. lol

Thus far, since it's pretty slow, there has not been any trouble raised there.  However, who knows what the future will bring?  Hope it stays that way, less hassle for me as a mod.
