GAGA I am so sorry that you are still having this problem with these idiots, it is just wrong.  I fully understand the policy with links but there must be a way to somehow out those who are the offenders because it seems that they would be in violation of the terms of service for every one of the Sites they are screenshotting ie the verification sites for example.  I realize that they may have already been banned from here by Admin but I am fairy certain that if they are posting shots of the Verification Sites that they would ban them as well and once that happens they are done because those sites do not have Public Access like these here.  The OP can provide/out the name of the offending Provider without the link to the innocent and accomplish 2 things make everyone aware of the dangerous behaviour and allow an opportunity for the Verification Site to act upon it.  In fact, if you can provide the info to the Sites I believe they would take action, it does violate their terms of service.
