For me, one kind of neat peripheral effect of hobbying is the difference in the way I now look a civilian chicks.  I don’t know about you, but as an older guy, I get far less admiring glances from women , let alone come-ons or receptivity.  I accept this as a part of aging.   With the advent of my hobbying activities, it bothers me a lot less .  One reason for this is that I now look at civvie women in light of whether or not I would pay to fuck them.  In other words, I might see a chick that tries to put herself out as hot and maybe even looks reasonably acceptable, but I always make a reasonable determination of whether I’d pay to fuck her or not.  In most cases, the answer is no.  It’s a small thing, but it seems to make life a little bit better defined.

That is an interesting perspective on how to look at civvie women.
Whether you are seeing ladies in the hobby or seeing ladies in your civvie life you always PAY for it.

It's a much healthier attitude than always thinking: "I wonder how much I'd have to pay for a woman like her to fuck a man like me?"

I do not look at civvies in light as whether I would pay them for sex.  Most of the civvies I interact with are the ladies I work with, and all of the desirable ones are married.  Still, I think that getting laid regularly means that you carry yourself in a different light, whether it's as a hobbyist or otherwise, and the ladies pick up on that...

Every couple months or so a couple hobby-buddies and I meet for beers and some grub. We hit a couple places where the help is pretty easy on the eyes...

Anyway, we'd be talkin' and our waitress, excuse me, 'hospitality coordinator', would come up or one of the other ones would walk by and one of us would turn to the others and say 'How much you think?' or some shit like that.

This one time the cuter than hell lady came up, we stopped talking cuz it was kinda 'prolific', and she asked why we stopped. So she started a conversation with us and asked if we had any hobbies....

Yeah. Just glad I wasn't taking a swig just then cuz it would've been allover her too tight tank-top...!

Since I have been in this little world, I will also say,, I think I am much better at determing
if a man is only interested in getting me into bed or if he is really interested in me or not..
and this IS A BIG DEAL...

I do look at civvie women differently now.  I was at a big outdoor gathering this summer, with lots of younger civvie gals, when I realized that not only would I not pay to have sex with any of them, but I wouldn't fuck any of them for free.
Hot providers have ruined me!  lol!
