A really sweet friend gave me a gift certificate to Victoria's (one of my favorite gifts to receive!) so I was looking at all the hot lingerie, sleepers, panties, etc. Finally, I get up to the counter and next to me some lady presents a bag full of lingerie...it goes something like this....
"I need to return these." "Do you have a receipt?" "No." LOUDLY> "Stacy, this lady does not have a receipt, can we take these back?" "Sure. Maam, do you know who gave them to you?....." "Some asswhole. I don't remember his name."
Now, my 2 daughters and I are laughing our heads off but the lady and the snobby Victoria's girls are well, serious. My 5 year old girl says "Mommy, some guy gave that lady lingerie and she doesn't even know his name." I suspect the lady was a provider based on her nervousness. If it was her husband, well, what a fucked up mother's day.
The other funny situation today was...young guy and girl, obvious they were sorta new together...inside he's following her around the store like she put him up to it and he'd rather be back home watching Shaq and Kobe. Later, I see them outside the store and overhear...
Her: Bras all don't fit the same. I HAD to try it on. That's normal. And if you can't DEAL with it, then well, go fuck yourself.

Nobody invited me to see Tony Bennett at the Paris. Found out yesterday via the radio while rolling back into town. Today's the last day. Will some of you guys keep up with these entertainment notes. Geez!

with my girl. I usually try to do that in all other stores, even though the staffs usually come to check us out once every 2 minutes. But they do allow me to walk pass the dressing room corridor and talk to my girl outside the door. There is a button in the room to ask for assistance, but for me my girl have to shout to get me to see her in another bra. She tried about a dozen. Everytime I walked back and forth passing about a dozen changing rooms with 1/3 doors, i.e., you can see the heads and legs of people inside, and more.
