It is taking bit to get the kinks out.

Few other important  features included are:

When someone asks same question for the tenth time, it flash SEARCH in red
When some posts a stupid question, it is going to flash dummy in red
When maginas post, there will be big laugh
When someone post kissing provider ass (white knight), it is going to flash, you ain't getting it for free fool

If you think the upgrade was scrapped, you know nothing about IT, and systems upgrades.  My presumption is that the new site is delayed due to need for further development, and bugs that still need to worked out...which is common when major upgrades and changes are made.  Better get ready for retirement of TER Classic within the next few months...you've been warned!
