These sites have a procedure so that you can be reasonably
assured that a photo is real - not retouched, relatively
recent, etc.  Others have posted what that procedure is.
But that's it - nothing more.

Agencies (or anyone else) can easily send in a verified photo
of one of their better looking ladies (or hire someone for a
photo). It's "verified", but that has nothing to do with what
girl they send you.

Make no mistake, verifying a photo and verifying who will be
sent to you are two separate things.

Use TER resources to "verify" who is going to be sent to you.
