I've been offered freebies before and have naturally accepted. However, "freebies" are, in my experience, never free. What follows, days or even weeks after, are requests to help with their rent, phone bill, car repairs, etc.

Yes, this was offered to me once. After our session, we spent a lot of time talking. I was her last appointment of the evening and she was going to catch a bus back to her home town, which would not arrive until 30 minutes after our session was over. Being a one-shot guy, we had plenty of time to talk. Anyway, she wanted to hang out the next day. And she offered to give me a BJ as well. I was a regular of an agency awhile ago.
