I have seen many posts about VPN and issues dealing with browsers that are not needed. All you need is to use OPERA browser that looks and feels like google chrome.

Download OPERA from www OPERA com
Click on VPN button up top next to left of the url bar.
After clicking VPN choose your Virtual Location and Europe is ideal.
VPN button will turn blue once it has been activated.

Log into TER using OPERA which is a real browser that people use.
