No, I have been returned money before.  On the other hand, you always pay for "it".  Either as a reoccurring expense, or as overhead in a SO.

I've had a bbbj through the zipper flap w/o leaving my pants for $250.  I handed her 3 one hundreds and my change was 2 twenties and 2 fives.  Thus wallet was heavier.
