Seriously, when I have suggested or brought those for a lady that has never used them before, I tell her there are online videos that can show her how to properly seat the condom.  A little diagram is also in the box.  Then I stay out of it and let her do it.  My involvement starts when she says, "READY!"  Lol

 
Just be aware that competent DATY is virtually impossible once the FC is in place, which is why I seldom use them.  In this case, it must be inserted AFTER DATY, and the time that takes is sometimes a long enough break in the action that it dampens the mood.  Its more complicated than rolling on a rubber, but some women that use them all time can get it done quickly.  Just be prepared for some awkwardness in the beginning is she hasn't used them before.

Tried it once in all my years of this hobbying with a Las Vegas chick named AngelGirl. She was recommending it and said the sensation is superior compared to the traditional one but honestly all CFS feels the same way to me, same as CBJ.

I have never found them worth the little bit extra they cost. I prefer SKYN regular and extra large.

 
Using the female condom does take a few extra steps for me. I always take that little ring off the condom so things move easier. Fill it with lots of lube and I mean way more than what your would normally use. Then apply it to the Penis and sit on it quick. Now the man needs to move for a bit to snug it in me. It is better used this way with gentlemen with larger size and girth. It may bring laughter or big disappointment. This is the only way I have been able to work with them.

my experience has not been like the other posts here and has been very positive.  May be because I was with providers who have ample experience with FCs.  Each did NOT use a ton of lube (so much the experience felt unnatural).  The ladies I have been with have always inserted it AFTER DATY and not in a long, drawn out way that "dampened the mood."

 
Again, may be just me, but I have enjoyed all of my experiences with FCs.  Felt like no condom at all and protected us both.

If the lady wants to use an FC I'm fine with it.  I'm also happy with Skyn condoms.  They're thin and therefore sensitive and don't smell like a rubber factory.  I read somewhere they don't have a bad taste either, in case of CBJ.

And for Butt stuff....same process.  
OR sometimes i'll just use a toy to insert the FC2.

I went through a time when I was trying them with providers, if they were willing. Here's a summary:  
.
1. Removing the plastic ring seems to make them much easier to use.  I waited up to 20 minutes for one porn star provider who was in my bathroom trying to figure it out.  Ultimately, she gave up...  
2. I was not aware of the "ride a dildo" insertion method - but it sounds brilliant!  
3. Most - maybe 85% - of the providers I asked, declined to use them. Presumably because they were not familiar with them and they did not yet trust me enough to experiment. The rest, were mostly unsuccessful in properly inserting them.
4. They are more expensive than regular condoms, and generally hard to find. Drugstore chains usually do not carry them.  US care centers (i.e.: Planned Parenthood) office occasionally had a limited supply.  
5. The major supplier in the US stopped offering them about 2 years ago. Fortunately, there are sources for the FC2 condom in Canada. I use Amazon. This may have changed recently...  
6. When I thought they would be pulled from the US market, I found a bulk supplier and bought about 80. I still have 76 on hand, so to speak.  
7. When I was ultimately able to use them with a willing provider, it was a little weird; kind of like fucking a loose baggy... but even then it was better than a regular condom, which is always a boner killer for me.

Now that I see there are some providers who not only use them, but prefer them, I have a renewed sense of hope for America - and my dick.

Found a FC friendly provider in Philly 2 yrs ago and made a date with her to road test them on the advice of a good friend. I posted about this here on TER back then.
Ordered a box of 12 (or 24?)  from Amazon (1 day delivery a must) Nice girl and VERY savvy with FC`s.
 We warm up and she removes the ring, lubes up junior (Very important!)  and slides the bag on my guy same as you would apply a male one. Imagine a sandwich bag on your guy,  very loose fitting, not like being strangled as with an MC.

We get to pounding away and it`s the closest thing to BBFS that I know of. The dif here is that the FC remains inside her and junior is free and unrestricted.

One comment form my admittedly scant experience with the FC:   Let it warm up inside before entering to avoid a cool reception.   Better yet, let the FC warm up in a glass of warm water during preliminaries so that it is pre-warmed.  Also, let the lube also warm up in the same glass.

Which by certain people here think is scant, fuck them btw, I saw Tasha Vegas not enough and every time she used FCs. It was fucking amazing! I didn't have to deal with the shit. She told me to get comfy while she went in the bathroom and put it in. It was so on after that.
