I visit C-orgs mostly. I've noticed a trend. It's not necessarly bait and switch, but their are girls who are part of the org and don't post and ad. They just piggy back off others who do. When I ask why, they say they don't want an ad.
I end up getting their number to go direct.
1) Has anyone run into this?
2) have you kept in contact?
3) why do you think they do this?
4) General thoughts also please?

Most UTRs are either new to the business or not really in the business and have or want regular jobs but have a few clients on the side. I love these kind of "providers" because you get quality women at a decent cost.

Just how are you meeting these UTR/not advertised ladies?

 
Are you booking for another girl but getting switched to the non-advertised one? Is this an AMP type setup so you showup and ask for someone that was listed and get told about some other girl?

chose to go UTR for various reasons. For example, one was being stalked by a former client, and some others had so many existing clients that they could get enough business from them and eliminate the hassles of screening, advertising, etc.

I can also add that some have an active civvie life in their community and don't want to embarrass their families by advertising what they do for money, hence, they are UTR.  If the providers are of a certain nationality and live within an ethnic community, not only are they under the radar, but they will also not see customers of the same nationality.  This is the norm for Vietnamese providers in OC, California.  They will not see Viet customers because they don't want to run into them in their community at church or the grocery store.  

The C-Orgs tend to have older Asians. They don't post their real pictures on ads because if they did you wouldn't want to fuck them. My guess is that if you rated their looks, it'll be 5's,6's and a rare 7. The agency will go more for the glamour shots and then bait and switch your ass when you arrive.. And yes it is a bait and switch. But knowing that it's a lower tier in pricing and because they know what they are, they can get away with it. I know most guys going into the C-Org world know that this is what it is. Consider better then a AMP..or a step up
And these girl are kinda FOB, they come and go more so...So why invest in some dolled up ad when she'll be gone the next day.
Now, I've run into this a few times, but I knew going in what the deal was. And I have come across a couple of 7's. And yes they gave me their personal number and have actually struck a better deal, not that that was what I was looking for it and have kept in contact,...but hey?
The thing, avoid the glamour shots, go for the the kodak pictures and maybe if you're lucky you'll hit on a 7 OR A GOD FORBID an 8!!!!
C-Orgs have flooded my area and they come in handy on those lunch time getaways, “Honey going to the home Depot then lunch, back in afew”....lol

Much of what you described is why these places do not really lend themselves to advanced booking.  In order to not waste your time, you call in the morning and find out if the girl you want is working that day.  If she's not, then you need to decide if you want to wait and try again in a few days or take the recommendation from the booker to see a different girl.  Once a customer has become a regular, he will often get advanced booking privileges, but even then, you can book two or three days ahead, and then get a call the morning of the scheduled meeting that she is not working that day.  This can happen with K-orgs, too, but seems to be more frequent with C-orgs.

If the lady has no website or ad anywhere then THAT is the reason why you can't leave a review.

ReasonFrom time to time TER chooses not to post reviews from users with limited history for providers with no other reviews. Once the provider receives more reviews your review can be resubmitted for approval.

Just maybe it is because TER has been burned by "New Provider + New Reviewer = Fake Review".

I can be as critical as anyone about the application of TER policies sometimes, but on this one I can see where they might be coming from.

some discretion when it comes to a new provider profile from a new reviewer.  If they didn't, the collective review archive would be flooded with pimps and shills putting up reviews for scammers.  The review will often be held until a second review from a known reviewer with a review-history here writes a review for the same girl.  Only then will the newbie review go live.  

 
Even though he's new, if he reviews TER girls who already have reviews, the reviews will go live within the normal 72 hour approval period because the girl already has a profile and review(s) that were put up by a presumably experienced reviewer.   TER is not necessarily assuming the Newbie review is fake, it's more a case of Newbie + New Girl = questionable or unreliable review.  They want an established reviewer to chime in on the girl first.

re providers with an active civvy life not advertising. I know many providers with such a life, e.g. business owners, executives, store managers, salespeople, counselors, therapists, nurses, actors in local theater etc. who aren’t UTR. Instead their ads are careful to shield their identities, by hiding their faces and distinctive body art/marks, styling/coloring their hair differently than in the civvy world, etc. Eventually they might share details of their civvy lives with trusted clients, with both parties protected by mutual trust and also the “MAD” principle.

Most girls who are UTR are usually working in some other form of sex work or have worked as an escort before. It usually takes more work to find since they are not openly advertising or are RARELY advertising. Here are a few ideas.

Strippers/Strip Clubs: This is usually the easiest, especially if it is a club known for "extras." Chris Rock had that song "No Sex in the Champagne Room" but the truth is plenty of stuff goes down in the VIP/Champagne room. Even if its a club that is strict you can find girls willing to make "arrangements." Just go to a strip club and do strip club things. Talk to the girls, flirt with the girls, build a rapport and get dances. If its a strict club, be a little slick and coy. Flirt with her for a while and take your time. When you're getting a private dance and nobody else is around ask her if she makes arrangements. Be discreet and recognize you are potentially fucking with her reputation and job. She can get fired if management finds out she is fucking clients. If she is willing and trusts you she will say yes. If she isn't into it, take no for an answer and move on. If the club is known for extras the girls will usually proposition you openly. You can just get a dance and ask them if they would meet outside of the club. You will usually save money because the club takes a huge cut on VIP/private dances.

Brothels/Massage Parlors: If you have a good reputation with a girl at a brothel or massage parlor you can try to ask her if she would meet outside. Again, if she gets caught doing this it could get her fired but sometimes girls will transition to UTR this way.

Regular Dating Sites/Sugar Dating sites: I'm not sure if sugar babies count as UTR, but you can find some girls moonlighting there. Also sometimes you will find girls on regular dating sites like tinder or match. If you're into TS girls, you can find some on Grindr and other gay hookup apps.

Social Media/Instagram: This is the most risky and takes the most work. If you see a cam girl or only fans model you can shoot them a DM on their Twitter and ask. However this could result in blowback because girls who don't escort hate being asked about it. UTR girls will usually have social media and follow a bunch of sex workers, so if you're horny on twitter you can just check out some escorts "following/followed by" to see and you might find a few UTR. I've heard some guys reach out to Instagram models/THOTS as well. Social media models always talk about being "flown out" by rappers or men of means, they are obviously getting paid to fuck but I'd expect them to be expensive.

Advertisements: Yes, I know UTR means that a girl usually doesn't openly advertise but from time to time they post an ad. It is usually on the crappier sites. You just have to cruise ads and keep your eye out and see what pops up from time to time.

I wouldn't recommend approaching random civilians and propositioning them. That is pretty creepy and you'll probably run into trouble. However I have heard some stories of guys getting a UTR girl just like this. Either some random bartender or waitress they proposition and end up having an ongoing thing/affair. I've never done this and probably never will. However maybe you're at a bar and the girl serving your drink is a hot, young single mother who needs a few extra bucks to pay some bills. You can ask but you'll probably get asked to leave. You have to be real slick and coy to pull something like this off.
