owed, I must demand that you cease and desist said nefarious and fraudulent collection attempt and forthwith remit to my office damages and attorney fees in the amount of one Frosty.

Any reasonable person could determine by the evidence at hand that not only was no so called "bet" ever made, or if made, ever accepted between Ms. Rayne and yourself or any other naturally born person within this jurisdiction.  If said bet had been made or accepted, then no obligation has arisen on the part of Ms. Rayne to pay on said bet not made, or made and not accepted, or made and accepted but not paid, as there has been no proof of satisfaction of said bet by yourself or any other naturally born person of this jurisdiction.

Further, by your description of said communications characterized as a "bet" you are actually attempting to convert said bet into a "bounty" on handle-change-exposure rather than an actual bet.  No such bounty was offered sir.  If you parse out the communication from the unfortunate victim, Ms. Rayne, you can clearly determine thus.  To wit:

"He will most certainly reveal himself quickly lol. Just can't help it. Anyone want to bet on how long it takes and which one of us catches it? I have 100 bucks on CPA or Perfectstorm ha ha."

As you can see by the words " bet on how long it takes and which one of us catches it," she is clearly establishing the parameters of a bet and ASKING for responses.

Further, "I have 100 bucks on CPA or Perfectstorm ha ha," clearly means that if anyone takes up the bet, she has the $100.00 on you or perfectstorm being the first, so she would only owe ANYONE anything IF AND ONLY IF someone had taken the bet and BET AGAINST YOU. (CAPS for emphasis, not anger).

By your own admission, whether accurate or not, you claim to be the first, so you have relieved her of any obligation to pay anyone should said bet be established to be real or accepted.

However, said bet, if made, was clearly never accepted as there are no replies of acceptance posted under her communication heretofore quoted and linked below.  Since TER's rules of evidence prohibit the introduction of PM's or Emails to the contrary, you are unable to establish acceptance of, or satisfaction of any bet, whether made or accepted.

Therefore, Ergo, Ipso Facto, you are simply full of shit and demand is hereby made from you for a Frosty to be delivered to this office in escrow.

Now you can say it after reading the above - Fucking Lawyers.
