Not being tremendously well-endowed, I'm looking for what best correlates with "tightness" in a provider.

I would have thought that smaller providers = tighter, but in my limited experience that's worked for only 1 of 3 of the more petite, while the 1 woman standing >5'10" was definitely in my personal top 2 for "great fit".

Is this something that an experienced woman can influence, some kind of non-stop Kegel-ing talent for example?

Neither size, nor age, nor even having borne children seem to be much of a factor in my experience.

Well with my experience it seems to be women with a nice camel toe that seems to be pretty tight. When the labia majora & minor are nicely intact & not looking like roast beef flaps you have a great chance of a nice tight package. I'm inclined to agree in part with the exercise reply. As a provider I'm extremely tight and get comments about it all the time on how surprised they are about it. I have had 3 children all natural child birth (Vaginal) and it hasn't effected me in the least.
