We all got through the holiday season and on many a wish list was a Fitbit or other similar activity monitoring device. Anyone have any use of it while hobbying?

burgher diet.  When you're fit, you know it without needing a device to tell you you're fit, just like when you're fat, you don't need a tape measure, you just look down and when you can't see your dick, you know you're fat without anyone telling you.  

I take it off when going to see a provider.  It measures heart rate. When I'm fucking my heart rate goes waay up.  Found that out during New Years when I was wearing it and doing the wife.  It is an unexplainable blip in my records on Fridays when she isn't home if the wife ever looks.  (After all she KNOWS I don't exercise!  LMAO)
