Last night I had someone who was legitimately new. I mean he was shaking, I asked him if he wanted something to drink and he said water and grabbed the cup from my hand and gulped it down. He was so nervous I said jokingly, "I have tequila, want a shot?" and he said "yes, that would be good I guess".

Is a near panic attack something you've experienced? Everything went alright, fortunately, but man, it's one to think about being "newbie friendly".

Panic no, but my first time with a provider was full of nervous anticipation...

The gossip in me asks: what his age closer to 18 or to 60?

Inquiring minds want to know ;-)

but my hands are a bit shaky when I first walk in. I think it's a combination of adrenilane, nervousness and in some cases shyness. I think a few DFK's always work.

I get very nervous before dates....
I'm getting much better... I am always nervous though.
I guess I just don't want to look stupid... Or get busted.

One time.. I shook like the guy you are talking about..
I was pretty experienced too.

It was the first time I saw a woman in a motel.
I only had a little guard up because of what I've read here.

We were both early, and things went so smooth to meet up.... I was thinking..
"This is too easy"

So I drive into the parking lot, and this shady guy is looking right at me.
Watching me as I pull up to the door.

Anyway. When I got in. I was a little shaken up.
She did the same thing....
Gave me a soda, and just talked with me.
Then we had a great time.

Thinking back.. The guy must have been her muscle.
He looked like LE to me...

Sometimes I am just nervous..
I want to have this experience that should be spontaneous.. But it is planned.
I guess.. It's better if I don't think

Anxiety and nervousness is an expected factor but experienced providers can put anyone at ease right away... Sometimes you just have to talk to them for a bit to make sure they feel full comfortable..

how did YOU feel? I mean, did you have that feeling of power and control.. the experienced woman leading the inexperienced man? I'm sure this guy will be walking on air for a few days, but will you, knowing you took his "cherry"?

Totally, totally curious here...

I've done this the other way around and just felt amazing, awed, privileged. Wow.

I'm guessing he was not only young...but probably a virgin too.

My first time was also with a provider (mine was at an AMP however).  I was 22 (yep...held out that long...and then it was all downhill into debauchery from there :D ).

I actually backed out of FS the first time after she gave me a HJ2C.  She actually gave me my money back, hahaha.  I came back a week later, got a nice massage, and did the deed.  All 7 seconds of it.  The 60 minutes that led up to it saw me shaking like a leaf in a stiff breeze.  I was a nervous wreck.  To this day...almost 2 decades later...a nice massage sets that trigger to highly sensitive.  I love it!

newbie guys who are anxious and nervous. Super cute and yes, nothing like 'taking charge' with these kind of gentlemen. One gent inparticular does stick out in my mind....absolutely adorable. The only problem was trying to explain to him the difference between 'this' world and the world of 'Match' afterwards.....he didn't quite 'grasp' that too well at first lol. But I'm sure he's a seasoned veteran now. However, I'll take the 'inexperienced' over the ummm 'overachievers' of this world any day of the spankin' week............;)

Good thing you had Tequila!  That should steady at least one of you, although with diminishing returns.

I go thru a similar response as SFD.  The very first time I meet a new lady, I have this terrible feeling of dread that I'll end up doing something wrong, or she won't live up to my expectations.  Equal parts of nervousness, adrenalin, testosterone, and anticipation all rolled up in one emotional rush.
Things most always turn out well, and a good time is had by all.
But still get those butterflies first time out of the chute

When I started, I used to get a severe case of the nerves -- would I get caught, would I be able to find the hotel, would I be able to find the elevator (dont want to stagger around the lobby drawing attention to self), what would the girl be like, etc.  I did not want to get there late, out of basic politeness, but getting there early was deadly, that looooong 5 minute wait in the car before calling, or before hearing back.  I literally had to take showers from sweating in the 30 minutes before the session.

The first provider I was with didn't notice because it turned out also to be her first time (she was subbing for someone I had signed up for at an agency). The second one was quite experienced and noticed it right away, but was so good she was able to handle it.

I posted about it and a number of people gave really good advice -- which essentially, I already knew but needed to be told -- stay with established providers (both to reduce fears about LE and to increase likelihood that the provider knows what she is doing) just relax, it is supposed to be fun.  reduce expectations or make them more flexible.  things often get better on second dates or more.

I think there is no substitute for experience here.  Now, after probably 40-50 dates, I still get nervous but not as much and it is more of an "anticipate/excited" form than an "anxious/fearful" form

I picked a dark haired Italian super hotty with a smoking body. She had lots of pics on her website and had enough reviews on TER that I knew she was for real. Everyone that reviewed her said she was 100% as hot as her pics. I scoured her website pics for a while. she had 50+ pics in several albums I knew what the body was like but not her face. Out of lots n lots of pics I found one and only one pic in one of her many albums  with the pic in the middle of the string of pics that didn't have her face blurred. Super cute face too. JACKPOT! I called her up, got screened. I was very nervous & shaking while walking to her room. She let me in her room. She was exactly the girl in the hot pics, face and all. At that point I was all in. I figured she was for real as her reviews implied, she was exactly the hotty I saw the pics of and the first though that came to mind was she is for real show her that you are too to ease her mind. Took me all of 10 seconds after the door closed to be standing at the door totally naked. Was still a bit nervous, now because she was very hot. But I calmed down and had a damn good time.

I frequently have a nervous reaction if I find myself in the company of an exceptionally beautiful and gracious woman. Most times, my reaction is more startling to the provider than how I actually feel. I think hobbyists in general remain a bit more cool than I do, at least the TABs. You might take your caller's reaction as insecurity, but in another way of appraising the moment he night be judged as being quite confident.

Part of the dream is to be overwhelmed. A porn actor might want to always be in control, but that's really kind of boring for a lot of us. Life is so full of things that have to be controlled. It's good to turn the reins over to someone who you have to trust, and let her take control for a couple of hours.

I will refrain from getting too graphic because I just had a somewhat misanthropic post rejected by TER, but putting myself in the hands of a woman in such a way that that the possibility that she could, if she chose, inflict excruciating pain is a bit of a rush.

Sessions that promise a feast of multiple flavors is exciting, and that means it's kind of fearful-- if it's good-- and that makes the excitement grow. Well, you know, you're a provider.

So sometimes the visceral reaction LOOKS like suffering when it's really something quite different.

Because the lady asked if I was a virgin. I wasn't, but she was the first one I'd purposefully met to have sex with.

Gals kept having to tell me to relax.

I'm glad I'm long past that stage, but hearing about it brings back the memories.
