First, this sounds like BB - and in which case SHE should see a doctor as it sounds like
she has open sores in her vagina. This could be very serious - or a minor irritation of the vaginal wall - which would provide inappropriate access of internal tissue and nerve endings to the semen.... either is not good and should be evaluated...
only a through examination could really provide her with an answer...
As to the other part of the question, get semen in your eye... it will burn, that is normal... there are a lot of enzymes and semen is slighly alkaline (7.2-8.0)... whereas vaginal fluid excretions are acidic (3.8-4.5) ... thus when there is a tear, abrasion or other open wound such as those caused by an infection to the vaginal lining and it is likely that the alkalinity of the semen causes a buring sensation or more accurately pain. Seriously she should see a physician.
why would a mans ejaculate cause burning inside a womens vagina? Any thoughts would be helpful. I tried other sources on the web and came up empty.
Possilbe Answer
What this could possibly be is that the lady is about to start her menstration cycle (assuming that the lady still has a period). The vagina becomes very acidic before, during, and right after menstration to prepare itself. So if she has just stopped menstrating or is about to, this might be it. But the burning feeling should be occuring during sex as well.
Below is a site best suited for your question.
I hope it helps.
Also another possibility is spermicide or Yeast.
fishnets hugs and kisses

or bacterial vaginosis -
I am assuming you are in a relationship with this person and not passing judgment.
Have her get to a gyno to get checked out -
could be something or could be nothing - better to be safe than sorry especially if you both were not checked out recently.
kisses - cinderella
And yes, the woman you "burned" should probably see one too!

Doesn't "LG" mean little girls? If you need to come onto this board to ask a question like that, you should be seeing a couple of doctors. And please, do it soon!!!!!
I just assumed it was because of the acid contained in semen. Combine that with irritation from intercourse.
Semen is alkaline (~pH 7.5), while the normal, healthy vagina is acidic (pH 4-5).
Just dont mix chlorine bleach with ammonia.

Didn't mean to sound terse. Just clarifying.

That if this was a client/provider then it shouldn't happen at all. If this is a civvie relationship, then besides all the other things posted here, maybe you are shooting lava-sperm.

Q: My guy's semen often stings my privates. Why?
A: A stinging sensation probably means that you weren't adequately lubricated during sex, resulting in tiny tears along the vaginal wall. "When semen gets in these abrasions, they start to burn," explains Glenn Schattman, MD, associate professor of ob-gyn at Weill Medical College of Cornell University in New York City. Make sure you postpone penetration until you're really aroused or use a fragrance-free, water-based motion lotion (flavored ones often contain chemicals that irritate your skin, making the burning even worse). If you're still stinging, you might be allergic to your man's semen. It's a very rare condition, but using condoms will keep his semen from inflaming your vaginal area.
