I've seen several for 50 min...

70 min, 100 min, 2hrs 10 min, etc. Not sure, but I've wondered if it's a way to not have their rates displayed here. Doesn't fit into the TER boxes.

In a perfect world, yes.

Some are good with 15 minutes in between, others really do book them back-to-back (1pm, 2pm, 3pm etc) with no time in between.  

But then you can have an instance where someone ran late due to traffic, or maybe something happens which requires a little extra clean-up time, or anything & everything that could possibly happen! LOL.

Personally, I prefer to have an hour in between guests, although 30 minutes is usually sufficient.  ;-
