Things that would take more prep, clean up, accessories, planning, mental/physical effort, etc. Think pegging, a full hour or spanking/ ball busting, using a ton of toys...things that a provider has to bring/clean/order. If I were to offer (and I don't) fetish sessions that involved expensive equipment and extra prep and clean up time, I would ask for additional compensation. I do offer foot fetish and a few other simple fetishes (no extra equipment or prep time) and do not charge extra for it. I once had a caller confide he had a fetish and asked if I accommodate them. I said yes, he said he wanted oral sex. I laughed out loud. I guess a fetish is anything your wife won't do with you.
