Agreed.  If he was sixteen or seventeen, I wouldn't be so concerned.  Hell, I lost my virginity at 15.

But a twelve-year-old boy?  No way!  The drunkenness sounds like an excuse.

I'm betting she'll only get a few years and a year or two of probation.

That would be nice, but unfortunately, that rarely happens. Most pedophiles/those who partake in sexaul activities with underage kids, receive no more than 6 years.. & are out in 3-4. I've seen some cases, where they received less than that. Now go sell some drugs, & you'll get 20... but messing with underage kids really brings no time.

WI just had a sting targeting guys looking for underage kids(ages 10 & 15).. they arrested 16... let's wait and see how much time they receive...
