Has anyone else been getting phone calls from people identifying themselves as the FBI? I have received a few over the past year and all I’ve said to him is please don’t try to scam me and I hang up. Any insight on this?
And here's an additional fact point: they've all occurred within 10-days of seeing a particular woman here in the DC area. The first two calls were from spoofed numbers. The last one is actually the number for an FBI field office. This is some weird shit.
I started the thread below before I was even VIP because I was curious. It's hard to believe we're the only two.
I drove through the DC area on a tourist trip a couple years back. My cellphone started getting lots of random calls until I got out of the DC area. I suspect either the US or foreign governments use those interceptors like Stingray extensively in the DC area for obvious national interest reasons.
There was a service years ago that would allow people to put in the number. Not sure if it’s still available but I seriously doubt it was the FBI that called. And if it was I assure you they would have given you the case number, name of who called, department they called from, and would have called back with a follow up call. Just hang up, if they are the FBI I am sure you would have had a knock on your door soon after.

I’ve gotten spam/scam calls from people claiming to be the IRS and other agencies and entities. I rarely ever have to hang up on them because when I ask them how much they charge for a blow job they usually hang up on me.
You do realize those calls are pure BULLSHIT. It is not the FBI or IRS or any other government agency or entity. Also the extended car warranty calls etc. are bullshit too.
I get calls from the IRS and the FBI ... my arrest is imminent, etc.

Guess what, the FBI and the IRS don't make those sort of calls. If they are going to arrest you, they come out and do it. They don't call you and give you a chance to disappear.

I actually did get called by the IRS once, but he was just investigating my taxes, so he just asked some questions. There were no threats, etc.
Happened once to me and once to a provider I was seeing regularly.
Of course I kew it was a scam of some sort. When they told me I would be arrested, I told them to come get me and I had LOTS of guns waiting for them! Never had another call, lol!
The provider was more interesting. She had a call from what her caller id said was the local police department. They wanted money probably. She was told she would be arrested and deported - her parents brought her here illegally as a child.
Panicked, she called me. I told her to call the police number directly, and of coure it was a spoofed number.
No LE is going to call, so they are all scams.
IRS scam calls are plentiful. FBI, not so much. When you answered the call, what did *they* say? In my case is was about forced prostitution which got to me a bit.

3. They sometimes send fake invoices spoofing companies like Zelle, PayPal, Norton, Microsoft etc. showing you paid invoice of a few hundred dollars. Usually the number is not too small but not too big either. There is 800 number at the bottom of this. You call the number, and one of these Indian cocksuckers answers the phone from some cocksucking call center in India.
Not too long ago, I turned the tables on them. When they call, I answer the phone and start wasting their time. All of a sudden I stopped getting the calls and emails. They removed me from their database. Time is money for these folks.
Next time you get a call.. Answer it and tell them that you licked his mamma's cunt, and it was sweet and moist.. LMAO

Don't joke about being contacted by the FBI. When I use to live in Harding's Run in Mays Landing, NJ. I had a Police Officer pose as a client and take my services. Then he tried to say that he didn't have my money and stepped outside and other cops pull up. They ended up letting me go............ provided I didn't do it again. Yeah right. It's not or at least it wasn't unheard of for cops in some jurisdictions engaging in sex acts before busting prostitutes. It was a scandal a few years back in Minneapolis. They were forbidden from doing it after that.

Was an idiot and left a voicemail message asking for availability with a local provider. They Hispanic guy called using my voice mail as evidence. I laughed at him the entire time since I know the FBI wouldnt bother calling. He got angry and hung up. He used an fbi field office number, but his language was suspect. This happened in northern Virginia btw.
I've never gotten the FBI call scam, but I think that's probably because I live on the west coast. Out here, it's the Mexican cartel scam.
During the pandemic, after weeks of nothing to do except drink myself into oblivion all day, I started putting out some feelers on sketchy escort websites (Adult Search, Harlot hub, etc al). On multiple occasions I got a text the next morning from someone claiming to be with the Sinaloa Cartel's prostitution division, saying that I had wasted one of their girls' time the night before. They said that if I didn't pay the booking fee in addition to some kind of penalty fee, they would come and... well, bad stuff. Then they sent a couple texts with pictures of mutilated bodies and shit. I fucking laughed in his face and told him that I hadn't cum yet, so if he wanted the money he would have to come over and blow me himself. Then I sent him my real home address. I'm not dead yet, so I guess I'm guessing it wasn't really the Mexican mafia. Lol

Regardless of the LE tie-in part of this topic, ... If someone (their phone, that is) gets hacked, malware might use her Contacts list to send out phishing links or other bad stuff to tempt you and other recipients to click away. The hackers don't need to know if she's a hooker or not, just that she was gullible enough to do something to let someone hack her phone.
