I would have to agree with the above for the most.  You get together,  touch base, mutual satisfaction, and go back to whatever.  But there is a bit of friendship involved.   Not sure how that would work, even for a regular, because a provider doesn't need someone taking up thier time between visits.  Maybe it is just an occasional email.
