For all the heat TER admin has taken recently on a variety of issues, I thought I would report something positive for a change.  Last night I submitted three problem reports regarding error or omissions on provider profiles, and replied to one "contact us" issue that was supposed to have been closed, but the problem was not yet taken care of.  By the time I got home this evening, all four issues had been taken care of, and I was credited with several free VIP days.  Kudos to TER admin!

More than a few guys pay good cash for that kind of treatment.

Yes, the Admin here and the moderators vary from pretty good to very positive, responsive and helpful.

My gripe is with the review gods.....oops! Sorry, GaGambler....

I have also had a positive experience with TER admin I had a fake review posted for me the other day.I contacted Admin and within a few hours the review was removed.I thought I would have to wait for awhile for a response but they were very prompt on handling my issue.

The admins generally do a good job here.  People wouldn't stay here if the service was bad.

We all have our issues but all in all they do a nice job.

I had a recent issue and TER support took care of it in 24 hours or less.
Also credited me with some free VIP time for their mistake, which was a very good customer service move on their part IMHO.

Yep!  Me too....  the quality work of the admin on this board makes up a large part of why this is my favorite (and only) resource that I use for the hobby.
