I think this is a great idea and should happen in the U.S as other providers can be aware of a potential client they meet and come in contact with. With the reviews that the hobbists that reflects on the providers good or bad. So why should it not happen to a hobbist? The providers can rate them the same way as you rate us good or bad. This would give a better understanding of who the provider is about to meet and gives a bit of insight on how the hobbist is.

I won't say it's name since a lot of providers like to keep it under the radar, but it's initials are SO. I don't think it's a rating, but it does have a blacklist, which pretty much services the same purpose if you just care about see/don't see.
