It controls how she carries herself, how she looks, her whole persona or "aura" as it was already so nicely put.

Physically I agree  with Spinner...her eyes and her smile, because that is where you get the first glimpse of her mind.

by insinuating all of us aren't being honest just because we don't first judge a woman on her sex parts.

I usually see a woman from a distance at first, so the first thing I notice is her overall figure. Heavy, athletic, skinny, and so on.

Then I notice her tits, especially if they are worthy of notice.

Then her face.

After that, unless she is something special, I stop looking.

If they are visible, legs.  I mean bare legs, as in the lady is wearing a skirt or shorts.  If not, then I move on to the secondary target - eyes.  I'm not a breast man so I could care less about staring at them.

My vote is in that order because I notice the face first.  The mind takes longer to register.  The body ... well, all guys love a nice body, but it's not the most important feature to me.

The first impression is wholistic.  I am impressed by the whole, the ensemble, the totality.  That is a combination of shape, proportion, healthy looks, eyes--the "mirror of the soul"-- attitude in short, the "aura." Neither tits nor bums not teeth nor lips nor legs nor hair carry the day on their own although they certainly matter.

The second impression is hole-istic. All else being equal, I am attracted to women that seem attracted to me.  One senses a reciprocity to mate... "Come on, baby, make me yours and you be mine" is a great turn-on.

And then there is twilight,  candlelight, almost dark and so on....at some point you go by smell.

Wow, nice question.  It gets the imaginative juices flowing.  Overall appearance, which includes her figure and clothing, is first (especially from a distance).  If the lady is coming towards me I notice her breasts, eyes, smile and teeth in that order.  If she is moving away from me, I notice her rear end & legs simultaneously.
