What sort of image is really required to be a tolerable client?

Whether in civydom or in compensated companionship my observation has been that generally ladies prefer bad boys, or doormats, or better yet a doormat who can also be a bad boy, or vice versa. This rather leaves me out as far as substance is concerned. As a bad boy or door mat I am dormant twice over.

So to compensate can I tweak my grooming? Consider, for example, facial hair.

Being of a certain age, there is the injunction that one must trim nasal hairs and eyebrows.
I get the bit about the nasal hairs. Anyone who has seen a NatGeo about bison having colds and runny noses in Yellowstone in the winter, would trim nasal hairs assiduously!

My question is the eyebrows. I am of the opinion that in their untrimmed state they add a touch of  Mephistophelean panache to my look. Maybe it would help my companion (civy or from here) with the illusion that I might just be a touch bad? Could a slight relaxation of hygeine in that regard actually help?
