Saw it on Springer.  A very attractive girl wanted to give the guy she loves who's going into the military a sendoff.

So she and this gorgeous black girl got in a pool of whipped cream and melted fudge and then he joined them.

Did you see the video of the mayor of Cinncinati throwing out the first pitch at a baseball game?   Pathetic. He was about 50 feet from the plate and missed the catcher by about 30 feet.

because it seems completely unnecessary in the context.  It's kind of like the guy who rushes to assure you that he has black friends, or any other kind of friend by ethnic group.  I thought we were beyond that kind of stuff.  Apparently not in Cincy.

First of all, you ass, I'm still moderated.  And, in fact, I was banned for a while.  So what? Earth to Hound, it had nothing to do with any post I made.  Nothing. And what does any of that have to do with your other bullshit about the Newbie Board, etc., etc.?  And what does any of it have to do with the subject of my post on this thread?  Sounds to me like you've gone completely BSC and I have no idea why.  You and I always got along fine, though I do recall your getting pissed about some post I wrote that I can't even recall.  Now you come out of left field with all this crap most of which I still don't understand.

Would you have had the same reaction if he had said 'Gorgeous blonde?' or even 'Gorgeous Latina girl?' To me, he's just describing what she looks like. Same as black hair, tall, etc.

I used to work in a place that was very racially diverse. It was astounding the lengths people would go to avoid describing people by their race. For instance, 'The really tall guy with big glasses who sometimes comes in with a blue coffee mug and has purple shoelaces' instead of, 'the really tall black guy.' It was kinda funny sometimes.

I'm white, and my bff is a different race than I am. She refers to me as 'la blanquita' (little white girl) to all her friends and family. It's the easiest possible way for her to describe me and have them know who she is talking about. I describe her as my hot Latina friend sometimes (she has the hotttttt Latina look so it's just an accurate way of describing her. She has that Colombian model kind of look).
