Another thing to do is try to have diet where you have a good shit in the morning when you wake up. Eat a raw sweet potato before going to bed. It will help you have deep sleep and help you have a good shit in the morning. You will be amazed how strong you drive is after a good shit.

Samon is good, but if your pinched for time get a 5 piece thigh special from popeyes (don't eat the skin).
