Once this whole pandemic is over, I plan on traveling the world. Hence, I wonder what are the top best/easiest cities to hook up in the world.  

I would like to add as an average or above average guy. For instance, many guys who never been there would say Las Vegas, but I've been there and you have to be a "big shot" buying table service and bottles to get a chance at getting laid. There's a lot of  "celebrity culture" where if you don't have a high status you won't get laid. While its true that you can run into random tourists who might be open minded, its more of a hit or miss type of scenario. I would put it in the medium difficulty category.

I really appreciate your advice since you have a lot of experience and have been to many of these places before.

Vegas is easy to get laid. Don't go to the expensive clubs. I usually just play roulette at night around 9pm. Play very conservative and you can usually be at the table for a few hours and just spend about$60 and you get drinks. The trick is to be at a table with a single woman and then you do things to show her your really sweet. You ask her what her birthday is and then bet on that number. Also bet on her numbers a few times. If you win those then you say something like where have you been all my life. Have some conversation with her and I'm telling you every time I've done that they come to my hotel room. It's that easy.

 
On another note, NYC is great for picking up younger women. They are all desperate to go out. I match with lots of black women between 18 to 25. If I take them out to dinner they usually will come back to my place. Others are looking for the sugar daddy. They will spend the night for$200 . That's all night long and sex in the morning.  This is so much cheaper and better than an escort for one hour.  

Especially with your reference to random tourists, it's unclear whether you're referring to getting laid through any method (civvie and/or P4P) or specifically civvie or specifically P4P.
