There are some that are soooo worth it. For example,

Marge Simpson (very very kinky)
Jessica Simpson (no relation to Marge...but may fulfill that prego fetish)
There's others...many others in fact.
But if I listed all of them here, then they wouldn't be UTR.
The under the radar ladies are probably not seeing very many gentlemen - since they are not out there advertising themselves they are only seeing a select few or only established regulars.
There are alot of men who really like the idea of seeing a provider who doesnt see anyone but him or are "low milage". To those men these ladies are worth their asking price.

"Personal branding" is becoming ubiquitous in our culture, for example in social networks like Facebook. Social scientists and "mainstream" researchers of business methods could learn a lot from providers about those forms of marketing and personal branding which are highly individualized.
As far as UTR goes, I would guess that many providers have a "UTR" identity and a separate "non-UTR provider" identity, following the often effective strategy of targeting different market segments simultaneously. The trick is to be sure that the customers of the "UTR" identity are not aware of the "non-UTR" identity.

...I think a lot of ladies are either too lazy or do not have enough time to put in to having several different personas concurrently. So while some ladies are genuinely UTR, for those who are not...I have to say kudos for time management! xoxo

Hmmm....guess that strategy needs to remain private, now that i think about it.
That she's somehow "better" than a lady who advertises out in the open.
UTR may just mean that she: 1.) works a mainstream job/needs to be more discreet, 2.) isn't looking for many (or any) new clients, and 3.) is not dependent on the income from providing so she doesn't need to be as competitive in her rates as a full time provider. So maybe thats why her rates are higher...
I think guys think in terms of "Whats so great about her that she can charge $____?"
The answer may very well be, well...... nothing!
We don't always charge according to how wonderful and fabulous we are. Sometimes its based on how busy we are with other "stuff" going on in our lives. The less time she has, the more valuable that time is.

...to me, UTR means "under the radar" in which the lady does not advertise in the open for varies reasons (no website or ads, nothing - different from low profile). Likewise she may not advertise at all and just see a handful of regulars (and friends who are referred to her). I am certain most UTR providers do not use this as a marketing tool, because typically you would not know she is UTR and you would just think she is retired, unless you are in the know.
Also it is not about being better than another provider, it is just about being "under the radar", "off the grid [internet]", etc. She may very well have a job or whatever life throws her.
Lastly UTR may be appealing to some guys because the provider truly only sees a small group of men - it is not realistic to be high volume when you never advertise, not even to old friends.

Run the spectrum for being unique.Some tried (providing for a night(1) ,for a week(1) & 1 for just two appointments), 2 girls referred by their girlfriends,one is in college , one is full time mom(single) living with a relative.
One UtR stays a few hours..one generally a night and another regularly spends the weekend.A few girls I regularly see retired and some just come to hang out or for quick needed cash.
Not a one of them does the rush thing.

Current ATF is UTR (gotta love initals) Originally started out on Craigs list then took up with the site that shut down. When they shut down decided to go un-advertised as she had enough regulars by that time to still work her regular schedule (part time) and keep her donation the same. She claims less stress not having to screen anymore. Word of mouth from her regulars has helped her out too.
and low volume providers will often charge more not because they think they are somehow "better" but simply because they are not looking to see a lot of clients.
I've come across via PM or intros 5 different so-called UTRs and with some basic research found multiple listings for all of them in different cities where they were posting daily. All for 12 months +.
Does that mean they aren't worth it? Not at all. I never met any of them so this is all 'laptop hearsay' but dare I say there is a trend towards rebranding as UTR to charge more?
"Limited Editions" command a higher price but IMHO it's all about the experience. In some ways, it's probably self-fulfilling, e.g., "She's UTR so this will be great".... and it is because you believe that.
Not to compare a provider to a server but in eating 1000s of meals at restaurants, the best servers are the pros who genuinely care. It's not the volume, it's the attitude.
If you are fortunate enough to find a new low-volume provider who is genuine, great!!! My sense is that true stars need a rare combination of confidence, dedication, humanity and love of life. Beauty comes from all of that.

UTR means under the radar so I don't understand how you equate girls that are advertising via an agency as a UTR. I see a handful of UTR girls and these are gals I've been hooked up with via other hobbyists, or girls I have found by super secret methods that only level 5 mongers can employ. They are very low volume and very selective, and are not full-time providers. They usually only do this to supplement their income. And I rarely pay more than $300 tops for UTR girls.
What you are describing, to me, are agency girls, call girls. Non-independents. And you are right, could be risky, you don't know what you're going to get sometimes.
