Ladies: what prepaid debit cards are working?

I have found previous posts on the issue, but card companies seem to change their rules often.

I have been told that one very big bank that issues  Visa debit cards now blocks their use at the major advertising site that took Craigslist's place.

For a new provider friend, I would appreciate knowing what prepaid debit cards have worked for your advertising and what cards have worked for paying for a full VIP membership
here at TER.

Thank you.

That is a federal law that went into effect last year sometime in order to fight funding of terrorism activities.

TER processors ore located overseas so a prepaid card won't work. Vanilla Visa worked for a while but not after the law went into effect.

TER is working on a new option and is in the testing process. Hopefully available soon

OP was asking about BOTH domestic US payments:

AND international payments:

It's good to know that TER is working on an anonymous option.  I wonder whether or not they'll bring back TrustCash (and why they dropped it anyway).

Use Simon or Vanilla prepaid cards. Avoid "reloadable" cards. Do I need to say to buy them with cash only? All have a $500 limit.
To use any card online, you need to register it online. This will require a name and address. Note that ANY name and address can be used to register it, so long as you provide the same name and address when you use the card online. This will allow you to pass AVS (Address Verification System) checks. I suggest using TOR to register and use the cards as well.. or some other service to hide your IP address.
All cards have some limitations: They cannot be used for subscription services with recurrent billing, they cannot be used with overseas merchants.
To get around these issues, you can create a Paypal or similar online account (hide your IP and use an alias) which you then fund with the prepaid card.
Generally, pretty simple

I believe AVS (Address Verification System) does not verify the name.  Only the numbers of the street address and the zip code.   At least that is my experience when I enter a customer's information into those name and address fields at work. I can write anything for the name, and I can even put anything in the address field, as long as the street number and the zip code are both correct, it says that the address matches.  I do have problems running foreign credit cards this way though.  Ones from Canada generally work as Canadian cards also use the AVS system, although their zip codes look funny to us.  Cards from Mexico generally do not work for online transactions, unless they are physically present and swiped. I suppose that is an issue with the customer's bank or something.

I've used ridiculous monikers like "Buck Naked" and "Chick Little" without problem. I have not used "made up" addresses or zips. A vacant lot or condemned building address works very well.

The issuing bank does matter.. that's why I like simon (google simon visa) and vanilla. They seem to just work, while others can be a little more finicky at times.

As for untraceable PayPal.. a how-to primer below.

Note that stuff changes over time. You may need to adapt or solve some new hurdle that gets thrown up. But the basics are here.

Vanilla only allows zip code, no address for some odd reason. But it still allows me to use it.

I use a prepaid Mastercard through green dot to pay for TER membership,  preferred 411, datecheck etc. I dont advertise on backpage so not sure if it would work there.  It has to be used for purchases outside of the industry as well ( gas stations etc ) if only used for industry they will shut it off claiming " suspicious activity". This has happened to several girls I know.  So keep small amount of money on it and try to use for anonymous purchases outside of the industry.  (Grocery store,  mall, gas etc) .
