only the host was a woman, with her female twin having survived at birth only by being lodged in her body in an arrested developmental state. (What an option!) Then taking over and "saving"/reviving the body when the host  "died" from a beating.

It was a seriously loving portrayal of what we might think of a nightmarish and frightening situation.

Sounds like a good episode.  Which Twilight Zone series was that?

It also reminds me of the movie "Total Recall", with Arnold, with the head of the resistance movement a mutant that was part of his fully-grown, "normal" brother.

...I know its kinda gross-- I could barely watch, and I fancy myself pretty able to handle creepy things... Just a fair warning, people with weak constitution ought not to watch.

IMBD does not give synopses, so I found this after some searching...they only give it a 6.2 but I found it personally interesting.... and some might refer to this kind of situation as a "walk-in" taking over....
