Thant available time frame sounds weird too. Where was the incall at (area wise) nice neighborhood or back alley sketchy?
I wouldn't go anywhere near someone with no web presence, reviews, website, social media. SOMETHING. and you getting that many red flags and bad feelings just don't do it.  

Sounds to me like it could be LE. Or someone looking to set you up. Either way it's a no for me. and I hope for you as well.

You have already admitted that you don't have a fucking clue. If you are right and she is being pimped/trafficked, without actual proof there isn't a fucking thing you can do for her. OTOH if you are wrong, and based on the limited information you have about her, that is almost certainly the case, all you will have accomplished is to have brought LE into the life of some poor woman who is just trying to make a living.

 
Not having social media attached to her "hooker persona" is NOT a red flag, Not "knowing" where she is going is one thing, Not wanting to share with a Captain Save a Ho is quite a different matter. I would go on and give you valid reasons for every one of her replies to you, but I hope you get the point by now.  

 
Just remember "no good deed goes unpunished" and unless you have a VALID reason to suspect she is underage PLEASE just mind your own fucking business.

 
Yes you are most likely both naive AND foolish, and you really should err on the side of "minding your own fucking business" unless and until you don't have to ask the peanut gallery here what you should do. If there is the slightest doubt that you might be doing more harm than good you should do absolutely NOTHING.

I don't really agree with GaG here. I mean, I agree with his conclusion, but I disagree with the thought process.  

 
You have the right to question what's going on. I don't think you should mind your own business, especially if you wanted an appointment to see her. However, it is imperative that you make right conclusions from information that you get. From what you've mentioned, there are maybe some flags raised, but none of them scream trafficking and you're certainly overreacting.  

 
Calling LE on her is just irresponsible and pointless. If you really wanted to, you could pry around and see what you can dig up. Depends on how good you are in gathering information. Best would be you making an appointment (I know that ship has sailed, but still) and evaluating things first-hand.

A lot to unpack in your post, but the “Who To Contact” question  is pretty simple. It’s either the police or the website carrying her advertising.

If you call a police tip line, there’s a good chance she’s going to get arrested (if she’s not being trafficked). Even if she is being trafficked, if she’s not underage, most PD’s will arrest her anyway. So you’re considering getting a woman arrested because she didn’t screen you and then was vague about her touring plans.  

So don’t call the police. There are special task forces and units at local, state and federal levels that investigate sex trafficking. They don’t need a curious mongers help.

Your second option would be to contact the website carrying her ad and report your suspicions.  After FOSTA/SESTA, the sites are paranoid about being tied into abetting sex trafficking.  But what’s the outcome of that? A legit provider gets deprived of her source of income when the website drops her ad?

Of course there’s a third option. Don’t contact anybody.

Do a google on her phone number and see what comes up.  I have found many other links to sites she is on  Plus some others that used to use the same phone.  Sometimes multiple providers use the same phone which is run by the organization.

She sounds like she was getting ready to rip you off. Who knows who or what you would have found lying in wait when you went to the incall location in the middle of the night. I think less likely a trafficked girl than a ROB and her pimp waiting to take you down

I hate  to say this because it rips my heart to think of people being forced into doing this. Now understand this there are many degrees of being forced. When I first started nobody forced me but my life and situation pretty much made this my only option. That was along time ago and I pretty much was happy with my decision and I like what I do. Getting a real job as people say would be very hard for me because I don't like to be told what to do and I can't wake up to an alarm to save my life.

 That was a little off topic but I am getting to my point. Many women that come from other countries may be trafficked but some of them are ok with that. There's the chained up seeing 30 guys a day trafficked and there's the giving more than 60% of what you make to someone trafficked. Many of these gals may not love this but they are taking one for the team. Even giving most of their money to pay off whoever got them here still leaves an amount equivalent to probably 10 family members income or more. I just know many of these women are ok in their situation. And unless someone asks you for help or you can see with your own eyes they are a child then it is probably best to not butt in. I know that seems wrong but you will probably do more bad than good.  

  And you do know that the trafficking hysteria is making some people millionaires. If the government really wanted to help trafficked women they would talk to hookers. I have some great ideas. Give me thousands and thousands of dollars and I would do something much more beneficial than scooping up trafficked women and making then work some menial job being housed in something equivalent to a cell.  But they don't bother asking us. It's like asking the janitor at Nasa about things only the astronauts know. Not saying it's not good to get opinions from outside the box but if helping someone is what you want , go to the professionals in that field.
