I am reaching the age where I should have a prostate exam.  Should I spend my money on having a guy in a sterile room stick his hand up my ass or is it reasonable to find an experienced provider to provide this service?  I was thinking about one of the more mature providers (who has probably had a lot of experience providing anal stimulation)...............now if only I could charge this to my HSA.  Has anyone tried a tantric provider- I can never tell if these are just nicer girls who take their job more seriously and try to prolong the big O and concentrate on you (although most will let you touch/lick/kiss if you feel like it) and also provide prostate stimulation...............well i do need my prostate checked

i doubt many of our providers have degrees in urology..unless they have a lab in their back room to run blood tests and do biopsies..you are much better off having your pooper checked by a real pro..your doctor..

As Naomi said, she and many Other providers do provide a prostate "massage". That is not the same as a prostate "exam" which is a medical procedure. Do you trust a provider to tell you if you have prostate cancer or not? You want a provider to give you a colonoscopy too?

During a prostate exam the doctor will check your prostatic fluid under a microscope which is something a provider won't be able to do.
