Now, do the following - see a lady who will let you film (some will).... set the tape aside for a couple of weeks and go back a view the tape....

I promise you, even if this made the hobby legal, you would probably never want to take the chance that someone - somewhere will see that tape! I have to say, ladies who worry about someone filming them really need to be a bit more objective... yea, I would love to have a tape of any of my ATFs... but that would mean I would have a tape of me too... and I just am not that amusing on tape... ok, well maybe comedic.

This would not work on sooooooo many levels.  (Unless of course ya look like Mark Wahlberg)

Okay, I know most providers would not go for it, but I have seen a few that offer the service for extra $$$.  If you had an arrangement where you were filming the session, could you not argue that the whole deal is 100% legal?  After all, you are paying for somebody to participate in an adult film, not for sex exclusively.

Now LE might say "Okay wise guy, what's your company?  Where is your corporate charter?".  Yet, couldn't you argue that you are a sole proprietor that is assembling a collection of clips for an internet site?  In fact, I would think if you could get the provider to initial a receipt, you could even Schedule C the rate off your income tax, although you won't get away with that one forever.

Coincidentally, why couldn't the both of you, after everything was done "just by chance" decide that you're not satisfied with the production and destroyed the tape on site?

BTW, what little bit of hobbying I've done has been in Canada where legality isn't an issue and rip-offs and problems are rare.

quacks like a porn star, the cops can still bust you. (and her.)

I applaud your inventive exploration of work-arounds, but I'm afraid there's very little you can do to "theoretically eliminate legality issues with LE."

Just find a well-reviewed lady and keep it on the down-low. That way, you're making the most of your hobbying dollars...

and NOT getting your feathers in a ruffle.

It's not real easy to get a business license to shoot porn.  If you'd really prefer to get cited for operating without a biz license, have at it.

Canada has it's own obfuscatory language in their laws also. 'Outcall' is tolerated however INcall will have the lady soon run out of town on a rail (or worse).

Believe me, that one has been tried. It is far too obvious a ploy.

Also, most charges for prostitution will not stick.  If you complicate up with other things, you could conceivably make them into felony charges or cause them to load you up with charges-- a chump arrest.  These likely won't stick either, but for one thing, they will be more expensive to fight.  Meanwhile, it gives them "probable cause" to look for other things, like opening your bank accounts to look for signs of money laundering.

Like you, I once thought I was on to something.  There is  a certain lady who was fond of showing off her curves in different stenciled t-shirts.  Then I wondered, what if I would meet her at a hotel and "buy" one of her t-shirts for say, $$$.  Then we "consent" to other things.

People here panned the idea.  I realized police aren't dumb and prostitution laws have been adjudicated a dozen different ways. Every ploy has been tested.  With the exception of the internet.  That has not been tested with prostitution laws.

It is far better to just do your homework, read reviews and watch out.  Police cannot arrest you unless you enter a room with the wrong lady, and if that happens, you are already 95% in jail.

Filming would be and is a protected speach issue thats why making porns is legal...so your the star...doeasn't change a thing neither does the amount of your distribution....
