When it's legal, does that area boom in business more than the illegal areas?

I know it was a humorous post, but even if it was real, there is no way in all the nine levels of hell I would ever book a companion from the Great State of Wisconsin again.  Booked three, all three were horrible, none of them spent the entire session and all of them were looking for extras I was not ready to provide.

Honestly, if I think I need a companion for Wisconsin, I will ask one from Chicago to accompany me.  It's worth paying for two over nights to have the high quality of the girls from Chicago.   I do not mean to diss the girls from other cities, I just have no experience that I can remember from there, thus, those experiences must have been nice.   In regards to Wisconsin, I speak primarily of Madison and Milwaukee...
