When an escort tells you to come and see her again, does she mean it? Is it typically sincere? Opinions?

she does.  why? Cause you are no trouble, pay as expected, you are probably clean and respectful - in short - no drama.  Honestly I can't tell you the number of encounters I have had with ladies whose last client left them in tears. or in a very bad mood.  or grossed out.  Been told stories by other ladies that I found hard to believe, but knowing the lady, relize she is being honest with me.

so yea, they genuinely mean it - I've been absent from the hobby for some time, but can tell you I still get notes from some of the ladies I saw - and the feeling is mutual....  I genuinely like some of the ladies, and cherish the time with them.

I wouldn't mind a lady trying to get me to see her again, as long as I had a good time with her.
Some hobbyists hate when providers send texts/emails asking them to come in, though.

You can take it two ways: either she actually likes your company, or business is running slow.

a thank you email after the meeting saying "I look forward to next time!" being sincere about that,,,but sending random texts/emails isn't the same....and seems it would fall into the categories you mention...but not in good taste.

I wasn't sure what OP meant.
If he was talking about a thank you email/text, those are always great and in my opinion are sincere.

a lady i saw a few weeks ago has started texting me the last couple of days with a simple "hi" "what are you doing" and a very provacative "what are you wearing"

i am a bit taken aback, as i didn't think we really hit it off chemistry wise.  also, i don't really like ladies contacting me, in as much as my wife might be around (she was on the last one, and i just said i got spam email when she heard my phone beep.  yikes!)

i'm thinking this is not a good marketing tool...

If you are done with your date and as she walks you to the door she says, "Come back any time," or "Come back and see me," is what the gist was I believe. Just a polite way of letting a guy know she will see him again, and of course...take his money. Calling or texting you without permission, is just plain tacky and far from being discreet which is what your money should have bought you.

I sincerely wanted them to come back to pay me, but that is the only reason,,,now I only say that to those i genuinely want to spend time with, men I've consistently seen over the years, selectively whittled down to a small group who i truly like...yes I like their money too, but that's no longer enough to keep a friend around, so i wouldn't say that if not sincere...it;s sincere now when I tell my friends that I look forward to next time...they also get off the clock time or different favors,,,we treat each other well and I appreciate them.

I absolutely mean it when I say, "I'd love to see you anytime" but I will never email or text you looking to book an appointment...unless you asked for a certain day that was booked and then the client cancelled I might let you know.  Anything else seems like cold call advertising to me.  If you want to see me you will book an appointment and if I don't want to see you, I won't book it ;)
I do keep conversations going via email or text if they are initiated by clients I like, but I don't start them, I just think that's presumptious, except for perhaps a following day thankyou and yes you are cleared to book again anytime type exchange.
