i've gotten these a couple of times from providers who just send a text out of the blue to say hello or something of a friendly nature. never really sure how to respond because obviously my thoughts go to "oh, she probably wants me to book an appointment" cause these are girls i have repeated with, but i wouldn't consider myself a regular.i don't know if i should just ignore them, do a friendly response...i know its a pointless question, just curious to see how you folks respond.

have a similar problem - but via email. Told her in a nice way - I'll see if my schedule is free. But it looks like a busy week.

good problem to have, at least you can get it when if want.

ladies have something nice to say, but that is not the right way to say it!  Too many of us (yes, me) might be in a position where our SO is there.

I've received two such texts, one was seen by my son when he picked up the phone and brought it to me.

Another was a phone call from a lady I'd recently seen.  My WIFE picked up the phone from the counter and brought it to me!

I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS HAPPENS!

Unless the providers in question have been given a green light.

I enjoy emails and especially texts from certain 'friends' in the field. FIELD WORK if you will. LOL

I look forward to them. I don't mind receiving 'shoot howdy's' as long as the sender doesn't need an immediate response OR can accept "no" for an answer.

First, no woman should text without permission. It could be a problem, what if it's  a work phone? What if your wife picks up your phone, or a friend or someone else in your private life?

However, if a lady knows it's okay to contact you randomly on that number, I see no problem.

We aren't always fishing for dates.  Sometimes, shocking as it may sound, we like the people we meet, and just want to send warm thoughts.  Regulars play an important roll in a Provider who wants to be in the business a long time - and it's not just financial.  They keep us sane, they provide familiarity, a sense of comfort and safety.

Sometimes I'm having a cup of coffee by myself and my gentlemen friend crosses my mind, and I think "I'll say hello".  Sometimes I haven't heard from them in a long time, and I just want to know they're okay.  Sometimes I just want to say something nice to someone I like.

Any woman who has permission to touch me also has permission to contact me via the means I have given her for contact. (But only those means.)

How crazy is "You can fuck me but you can't text me?"  LOL

Of course, the means of contact that I give providers are relatively secure as well.

... its when i get solicitations from providers i've never met i hit the delete button without responding.

Whether I have met you recently or not - sometimes you are going to cross my mind. And when that happens I like to let people know I am thinking of them. It feels good to know you are in someone's thoughts. It is my way of staying connected. Not many of my friends live close to me, so there is no way I could call on them to book with me. It is just a gesture of friendship. I personally would appreciate you saying hello back. If I gave you a smile it is nice to receive one in reply.

I do not text randomly. I have a few hobbyist friends who say they are single and I can text anytime and then I do. Otherwise that is a no no and it isn't always about us wanting a date. Sometimes we want to just say hello because we get along with them and we mesh. That's all.
