I am getting lots of requests from gents I've seen long ago, I'm guessing because they haven't found a way to find more reputable providers, so they're just sticking with the gals they've had a good time with in the past. I've been sure to make recommendations too, to make sure my gentleman friends have a variety of company. Most of us are pretty cool, and are happy to provide recommendations to our girlfriends. What goes around, comes around, ya know?

People sticking to the ladies they know.  That said, been a major influx of what I assume is BP refugees.  Guys wanting 15 min apps for 60 dollars, not wanting to screen, tons of time wasters, the list goes on...def have to be more careful and patient.

from girls from three or four years ago that I forgot even had my phone number.  Most want some business.  A few have proposed marriage as a way to solve the present crisis. (I could take advantage of this opportunity to score some freebies, but I won't.)  I will do my part to help out those I can.  Money is like manure.  If you leave it in a pile, it just sticks up everything around it.  It works best if you spread it around helping young things to grow.  

I just wish some of the "new" gentlemen who have been contacting me from now defunct sites were as polite, well mannered and willing to screen as the vast majority of you here on TER!!

Just wondering would you say that now p411 is one of the most critical investments you have made because at least you know how to get in touch with other providers in the business for reference purposes?  Also would you say that you are getting BP refugees because they are not really in the know in terms of where to get information with respect to similiar sites?  Also are you also booking a lot more new clients with the advent of switter?

I guess you are now starting to appreciate the tiers of hobbyist.  These are hobbyist who would have no review history and you wouldn't be able to find any type of reference history that you would except.

I think that for those providers that actually held and support a reasonable business plan prior to meltdown, it is now a saving grace. Maybe I can explain what I mean.

 
There are many levels of clients. And right now being exposed to what I call a lower level of client is frustrating. Some have no clue to fill out a form, some looking for car dates, some just fuck stupid.  

 
Since I have been on P411 since a week after my arrival to US it has been a big part of my business plan. However I am not count on it alone.  

 
Even before the melt down I am on ExxS. Many providers never willing to pay to be on there. Now they find out they getting booted off or cant even join. I was never afraid to reinvest in business and paid advertising is part of my business plan. That is not the only ad site I pay to be on. Hate spend the money but is necessary if you running a business i think.

 
Another part of my business plan WAS TER, and silly it may seem I still consider it a part of my plan. If TER was going to walk away it would have already, I am sure it exploring its options and it is looking for solution. All aside, reviews were and as far as I am concern still a part of my business plan. I would like to be not so graphic, but what I want and what I get different things.  

 
Another part of business plan was develop a better website once I arrive US. I did that and include sign up for newsletter.My news letter has grown very large with over 80% open rate. This keeps me in contact with regulars, sei regulars and finally with people who are in places I am visit but not usually there. Currently I have finally finished and up running my new fully off-shore website, its link below.

 
It is hard and not really acceptable for me to say how this all affect me. I am very low volume compared to many. So for those much higher volume it may have bigger impact. I am reasonable organized I like think, so for others it may not also be same. Finally I think my rates conservative and reasonable, and compare to some different. Also my expenses very much lower than most I think. I do no drugs, drink cheap wine, cook most my meals, own no red bottom shoes or 5k watches or hand bags,, by most my clothes at very stylish second hand store from jeans to evening wear at fraction of cost. I am just a simple girl so hard to compare me to the TER super companions.  

 
I have had no dip in appointments. I have had increase of cancelations and have change my business plan to adjust and try weed out those idiots. We will see.  

 
I do hope that every provider is seeing positive results from the change, or that they will find way to see positive results. Hope I do not offend. and hope everyone has good day

P411 is critical to me, best site going right now.  Since they are not taking new clients, most of the clients on there are polite, well educated on the hobby and thankful to have each other.  Gina has always had standards for both companions and friends and it shows, especially now. It is helpful in so many ways.

The BP refugees know no better, I guess and need to up the game.  Screening is not an option and most ladies are not 15 minute ladies.  I for one, prefer to offer an experience, not just an appointment.  Clearly, I can only speak for myself. I realize a lot of gentleman, just want a quick release, then I just ask that they not contact me.  They are honestly clueless, classless and broke.  Not trying to be elitest, just being honest. Some are just plain creepy.  It's as if when BP shutdown, they came out like cockroaches in force.  

Switter, for me is just like an extension of BP, right now at least. I have to keep posting that screening is not an option. Getting tired of the time wasters, one line inquiries.  Out of 80 emails last week, 12 were worthwhile, followed through and the kind of gents, I adore.

TER is missed.  Guys here complained a lot, but for the most part got it.  Kept us all on our toes.  

Reviews were a double edge sword, but ultimately helped us all.  I worked hard for my 400 plus reviews.  I never intend for my service to go down.  I may be a companion, but have pride in whatever in life you do..
Yearn for the past, but ready to adapt to the future. In the end, we will figure it all out.

here in Europe there're a lot of websites working very well with travellers around the world, not only BP is missing now, to can find another new ones is a bit complicated because you waste money and time searching, but at the end another one will appear... Work for independent ladies is hard, you don't have the big budget that agencies or brothels can have, but as the song... I'll survive LOL
For me the worst thing is the green light to the goverment to go into your private information, like Skype conversations, etc. Creepy.

But  like others said new clients from other sites don’t have idea how this works, they don’t want to be screened and most are time wasters. I am not interested in meeting new clients from those sites. I am still going to take the break I planned by the end of this month but when I am back I will only see repeats and P411 clients. Hopefully TER is back to normal soon!

I'll be sure to save your info. I wish I would have known of you a couple weeks ago. My poor client got ripped off in Vegas from a hot gal in a casino. Before he went, he asked if I knew any providers in Vegas. Poor guy.

That's sweet of you to spread it around.

Before I attempted to tour Houston (right when TER shut down the ad board and that other texas review site shut down), I had posted ads on a bunch of other sites that MAKE me post my phone number. It's been so frustrating getting those middle of the night texts "U available?" I need to go back on those ads and make it super clear to fill out my damn form. lol It reminds me of when I used to post on BP when I was first starting out. At least BP didn't make me put my phone number.

But, some have been good. They just don't know and need to be taught how to come at a lady. I've been trying to do that with only a little bit of luck. I have a thing that I just copy and paste into a text or e-mail telling them what to do.

One thing that's been nice about obtaining former BP clients is that they are just over the moon with me. My rates are very reasonable, so it's not too far of a stretch for them to see me for an hour. I forgot how grateful BP guys are when they get a GFE that's reliable and punctual.

I appreciate those of you who treat others as you would like to be treated, from initial contact all the way to the warm, wet towel!  

I hope this stuff blows over really fast and providers no longer have to deal with the guys that were swimming in the STD site. I used to visit that site to make sure providers I wanted to see were not mentioned on that site. Would look around to see how low these bastards would sink and in matter of 10-15 mins I would be in shock and disgust.  

Here are some things I actually READ on that toxic dump.
- There is no documented case of HIV transmission in heterosexual sex.
- Go see [insert hooker name] before 11 because afterwards she will get high and is useless
- Got a BJ from [insert hooker name] because she was HIV positive.
- Give only half of money for a BJ to make sure she does a good job and if she delivers give her the rest
- Never got an STD in 10 years because cleaning your junk with hand sanitizer after BBFS or BBBJ works
- Only see BBFS providers 1-2 times because after that it feels dirty thinking so many guys visiting her.

The providers are mentally very stable and strong because I personally could not deal with these guys for more than 2 minutes.

And what site is this you read that shit?

I have been seeing old friends and quite a few new people who had saved my info.Everyone loves to come to Vegas
Alot more prescreening requests and more gents I see joining Twitter and Switter.
I have experienced gents being more understanding regarding screening and the ones who aren't I cannot see.
Some gents took my advice and signed up for P411 and are not having any issues finding providers to see.
But other gents didn't and it is now too late to sign up since no new members can join.
Just my .02

Top tier girls are thriving, but second tier girls are having a really hard time.  With CV, bookers would just sit back and wait for the text messages to pour in at 9:00 every morning.  Now they are actively texting their regulars every few days to  hustle them into seeing someone.  Most second tier girls don't have many regulars, so it has hit them particularly hard to lose CV.  

And im one of the lower priced girls in my area on eros. The bs calls have gotten to be so bad ive had to switch to email only with an auto response stating they must send their screening info in order to get a reply from me to preserve my sanity.

Their days of being cheap and refusing to screen are OVER!

hounds hung out and exchanged names PUBLICLY of girls that did or didn't give them BBFS when they demanded it.  It was a no-win for the girls.  If they allowed BBFS, the guys would publish their name as a BBFS provider and every scumbag in the state would be lined up to see them.  OTOH, if they didn't allow BBFS, the guys would say she did anyway, and they would still have to deal with guys showing up pressuring them for it.  Girls would typically leave town about two weeks after their name first appeared on that board.  As 2 cents says, most of us would check it to see which new girls to avoid.  Those guys looking for BBFS would check it to see who to see.  The girls that got falsely named got screwed over the most  because guys like me and 2 cents wouldn't go near them, because we couldn't be sure whether the BBFS claims were true or false, so we just stayed away.    

 
The site is closed in response to SESTA/FOSTA, but can't be named here anyway because they also allowed reviews.  That's why the guys here referred to it just as the "STD site."  Several cities had BBFS boards there, but LA was the most populated by the sickos.  

I've been getting a TON of "BP refugees" basically washing my time and my regulars can't find one or two days to coordinate which is making getting an in all super difficult. Regulars can only do so much and the only good sites are now gone

Some girls aren't responding to verify request at all. In the past it was always somewhat of a slow process and just a pain in the ass the get. But now some aren't even responding. Wonder why? Hording their client base? Maybe....Just thought I'd mention this.

I never bothered to use reference from non reputable companions in past and do not now. So it has had no impact as far as I concern.

It's been pretty difficult to get started for me. Fortunately I made SOME connections by contacting an assistant from several months ago. Still, certain ad sites take forever to post--I guess they are inundated with requests. Also, I'm not well established with regulars; I'm not sure where to go from here.

Have a career by day is a blessing right now, but before when I was trying to get started I allowed it to get in the way of my available time (as I was also just getting started in that), but I really, really wanted to put my all into this. Bad timing, I guess... I won't give up, though!

These changes coincided with a time in my life when I have more free time and I have probably had double the number of dates I normally had. But all were from familiar sources: some regular independent ladies and others thru agencies that I've used before.

I am always looking to find independent ladies who can become regulars and as I've used Twitter and Switter, the biggest challenge has been connecting with ladies by location. Even here, as I've read the different stories and my interest was piqued, I couldn't find the city for several ladies even after visiting your website and reading all of the major pages.

I'm sharing this with the purpose of providing some insight into how your potential customers may -- or may not -- be able to find you. And "finding you" also means getting visibility for your TER profile by requesting a non-US location for your profile.

One reason I used to read BP was to scan and see if ladies who I had heard of were visiting. While we talk on this global website, it appears many people forget that this is a business that can only be conducted on a local basis!

I have no problem finding dates as I am on mailing lists with my Indi favorites.  Also follow agency calendars that visit Boston.  

I have found a large number of new girls I want to meet on Switter that are out of state for me.  I am developing travel plans to meet some of them and have also suggested visiting Boston to the one's that seem to tour at least locally.

I see ladies I would like to meet, but have no idea of their current location or if they plan to visit my area. And I don't like to contact without knowing I can set up a date, as many get pissed off at communication outside of booking. Screen, book, show up.... that's what ladies prefer, but since my life isn't a vast expanse of free time, it sometimes takes a little more coordination. And I've run across a few who won't put forth the extra effort, so I have just quit trying.

I am fortunate to have been doing very well at the time when this came down- if it happened a year earlier, when I had only just relocated to a new city, I know it would have been terrible for me.  The ladies I know in my city who have been active here the longest seem to be doing the best, and the newest providers (or newest to the city) are struggling the most.  Repeat business, regulars, and returning clients from months or years ago are everything right now.  I am planning a visit to my previous hometown later this month, and my time is getting booked up before I have even publicly announced the visit or posted any ads- just keep hearing from old friends asking "are you coming back for a visit any time soon?"

I think a few newer and very part-time/low volume providers will give up on the business entirely, but what will be a bigger deal is that there will be fewer new ladies dipping their toes in, in the future.  The barrier to entry is higher.  It's more confusing, takes more time and knowledge, and pricey ads on certain sites are more important than ever.  It's also harder to set up a free escort template site for yourself.

On the other hand, I started in this business before high-quality camera phones became ubiquitous.  I had to rely on a trusted client to build my first web site, and another to take my first few sets of halfway decent looking pictures.  The technology over the last decade has made the barrier to entry much lower.  Now the law is causing the pendulum to swing back the other way.  I believe most full time or long-term career providers will figure it out and stick around.  But I think over the next 6 months you will see fewer new indy providers showing up.  

I think it will be a boon to agencies, as new ladies wanting to get into the industry will have a harder time figuring it out on their own.  I'm not equating most agencies to "traffickers" but making it harder to work as an indy may benefit both legit agencies and the worst of the worst, predatory and abusive agencies and pimps.  Clients who want new talent may gravitate to agencies even if they previously preferred indies, and that will benefit both the good and the bad agencies.

Whilst I feel for the ladies that are having to figure out the new learning curve, I'm also truly grateful that this didn't happen whilst I was living in the US and studying.

I spent some time with my ATF this weekend, including plenty of OTC time just hanging out and talking. She also shared her perspective about how things have been for her since I last saw her in March. Before TER took down her reviews, she was locally ranked around #25, and she has been in business for two years. Since the start of April, her website got shut down and she lost her reviews here. I talked to her about how to get her reviews back, but she is worried about getting in trouble with TER and doesn't want to risk it. She isn't advertising anywhere anymore, except on P411. She isn't interested in Switter. She is personally working on her new website, and will get some new professional photos taken for the site soon.

She said that she has been slightly busier since the changes in April, but the composition of her customers has changed. She is getting almost zero new business, but is finally hearing again from quite a few clients who only saw her once before. She thinks that these are normally the kind of guys who only see each provider once, but find it easier to go back for a second time than to take a chance on somebody without reviews. She is also seeing her regulars about as often as ever.

A few local providers have reached out to her about doing duos together. She already has some experience with duos. Since she isn't able to read their reviews, she has been asking her clients about their experiences with these providers.

and do what's necessary to get her reviews back. I moved to Toronto as have many other ladies as well as Quebec, and the UK, and other countries. I do visit the US frequently.
