It all depends on

the lady, and whether it is our first date or a subsequent one. 5-10 minutes if a first date is more common, primarily due to my excitement over meeting a wonderful lady I have been communicating with foor a time. The unknowns of in-person person personality are a powerful aphrodesiac.

Now, due to my learning new control techniques, and if I am meeting a lady again, and we discussed 'researching' sexual physiological response build-up, and she is willing, over an hour of actual 'connectedness' has occured. It involes much slower thrusting, and the 'spreading' of the sexual energy out from the genital region. Sounds less exciting, but once you experience joint O's together, where at the climax both of you actually go silent from the intensity, and don't speak for a few minutes afterwards because your whole body is 'sensitized', you'll know why it is sought.

I like to explore lots of non-insertive sexual techniques and sometime eschew penetration all together depending on how things are going and what the gal finds attractive, etc.

What I do like to do is hold off ejaculating for about forty-five minutes into a two hour session.  Then have about thirty minutes of cuddle time to recharge, then start up anew to finish out the session.
