I compromise.  I've never used a one-handed photo, but I have used the images of those photos burned into my fevered memory.

I wrote some java stand alone application so my hands are free of the computer. I create slide shows from images off the internet. I can have the slides be timed, random, etc. To keep from ripping off my dick I use latex gloves and astroglide. It works wonders lol. It is good pratice for having sex for a long time.
