1. Don't see them at all or
2. Deduct 20-30 minutes from their time and start the appointment.

It's quite rude to be that late, especially considering you should be early/on time to any appointment in general (though I do understand that traffic can be a bitch, and life happens). Just make it a point on your site that you do not appreciate lateness.

I can understand 5, maybe 10 minutes. But almost half an hour? That's just not acceptable.

The only thing I can think of is to schedule more time between appointments. That way you can still give them their time and you can get the money. You lose either way, but at least your clients won't be able to get mad at you for their stupidity. Maybe you can eventually train them to be able to tell time!

I am almost always early and end up driving around or looking for a place to have a cup of coffee while I wait.

You can TRY to stress to them ahead of time that they need to be on time, but I doubt if that will work.

I'm 99.9% on time to see my Provider. Luckily she's very open about Time. Even if I'm a bit late, she never Rushes me. She always lets me take my Time. Not that I take Forever.  

A Client getting Mad at a Provider is not Cool. It could lead to Aggressive Behavior. Ladies be careful out there.

...shows up 20 minutes late. You have to make that clear on your website or in your communications beforehand because many guys are selfish idiots.  They don't care that you may have a doctor/dentist or any other appointment scheduled after his time is up.

I'm usually 5-10 minutes late but always leave on time, unless they say otherwise.  It's my fault but I have to eat it.  I don't mind because I just finished eating it.

Shit happens, but as long as your client has a contact number ,he can tell you he will be a little late.
I am almost 100% early, because I'm older.
One issue not discussed here is, when providers are late.
MOST, but not all, of providers I have seen under 28 years old are always late.
Older girls are not spacey.

MFM doubles for the second half of their session. A little bonus? Or charge a premium for the service

Car troubles
Babysitter issues
They needed more time to get ready for you
Traffic
Weather

For hobbyist, those issues can never happen as our time is not  
nearly as important.

I once had a client that was an hour late to my incall location and expected for me to see him. He never called me to let me know that he was going to be late. He got upset because I refused to see him.

You just have to call them and say tey have to come later in the day end of xx
