I am a little annoyed by agencies using this board to do their marketing research. If you want to know what your (potential) customers are thinking, pay a firm to do the market research.
That said, I get frustrated with agencies scheduling clients back-to-back. It results in the client before getting rushed out and the client after getting a late start. The agency expects the client to respect the girl's time. The agency should respect the client's time. Not to mention, the negative impact on the experience of stepping into a bathroom with a wet floor and a pile of used towels in the corner. Or, spying condom wrappers in the waste baskets. Or, a hastily made bed. Give the girls some time in between appointments to tidy up. It will be a better experience for everyone.
Agencies get talked about a lot sometimes positively, sometimes not and it’s interesting how often the same frustrations come up across different experiences.
Some people mention communication issues. Others talk about expectations not matching reality, or feeling unsure who to speak to when something doesn’t go as planned. Often it’s not even about a mistake happening, but about how flexible, transparent, or responsive the agency was afterwards.
What I’ve noticed is that agencies that last tend to be the ones that actually listen and adapt over time, rather than assuming they already have everything figured out. Small adjustments, clearer processes, and better communication usually come directly from client feedback not from guesswork.
That’s why I’m genuinely curious to hear real experiences.
What’s the biggest frustration you’ve personally had with an agency, and what do you think would have made that experience noticeably better?
Our intention with questions and discussions is simply to understand what clients value and where we can improve, not to spam or push anything. Feedback like yours actually helps us keep things balanced and respectful.
As for pricing and communication, agencies aren’t for everyone, and that’s completely fair. We aim to offer structure, discretion, and reliability for those who do prefer that support, while always respecting individual preferences.
Appreciate you taking the time to be honest it’s noted.
Of course, that is an issue that isn't exclusive to agencies. It is prevalent industry wide.

Re: Misrepresentation of the models Photoshopping her images. Using images of another model. Misrepresenting model's stats, especially her age. Switching models.
Guy's ---guess what......the agency probably does its very best to supply who or what you ask for----lot of it obviously depends on availability ......they are not likely to tell you "Sorry...We Don't Have It".....kinda like buying a car---you're gonna get who is available when you get to the dealership....!
