run scam artists out of town?  I'm so tired of girls who are scam artists who somehow just keep on working in a town.  They must keep getting business because they keep posting the same scam ads.  By scam, I mean the photos are not real (don't match the actual girl) and the services actually provided are nowhere near what the ad promises.  So, what is the most effective way to run scam artists out of town?  Anyone?

I assume you are speaking of Backpage and boards like them.

Up . Explain your concerns to the ladies in your area too , the real providers. That may help , also under the ad pic , Write "skank above ! And a red smiley"

If there is, people would have done it a very, very long time ago. Only thing you can do is, use good judgement and don’t fall for it.

I'm not sure how they do it, but it really helps the guys out. Perhaps you can do something like that.
