So who's with me? You do know that by flushing them down the toilet and tossing them in the trash you are contributing to the pollution of our planet right? I estimate that those of us who P4P, the horny bastards we are probably account for 25% of this mess so are concerted efforts will really make a difference.

I found one of those Yahoo question and answer links detailing all the pros and cons of flushing condoms down the toilet.  This one is my favorite reply:

Toss it. They can get clogged in a toilet. I know a guy that was told to stop flushing condoms in his toilets so it doesn't get clogged so much. He said hmmm. i don't use condoms.

Is utter bullshit.

We worry about the environment and spout platitudes while the rest of the world laughs at us and dumps everything including the kitchen sink into their rivers and the oceans.  Even if not intentional, look at all the Tsunami debris washing up all over the damn place.  Not to mention the millions of lbs of asbestos that NYC breathed in after 9/11.  It's all utter crap.

that a wad of condoms and tampons had blocked the pipe.  It was different watching him snake the used, dirty condoms and tampons out of the pipe and dump them all in a pile on the basement floor.  Got the impression it wasn't the first or second time he had to do that.  

Nothing goes down the toilet that won't break down quickly.
