Wear a prosthetic, don't wear it, leave it on, take it off. As long as the guy is clean, pays up first and is respectful, I have no issue. Same as if he were in a wheelchair. That might need to be mentioned way before he got there for wheelchair access.
No matter how real an artificial limb looks, it doesn't feel real to the touch. Some might want either B or C.
Also, normal vanity comes into play. First impressions. Being completely honest.
And, like you, many would have no issue at all.
The mobility access situation that hbyist+ mentioned in regards to wheelchairs is certainly a more important concern.
to 12 inches. It'll be cool if I can press a button and have it shoot out some bullets in case a BSC girl decides to bite on it. Maybe a button to spray some water would be useful too, so I can wash my face and hands after the session without needing to get up. If it can dispense handiwipes that'll be even more cool.
Now, a more versatile prosthetic dick would be one where it can extend to 4ft so I can use it as a hiking stick during camping trips.

If he prefers to have jacket or no jacket, it is his option, but he may wear whatever he is most comfortable in. besides, I will see him fully undressed sooner or later, so why not show me Now!! I would feel more comfortable with him if he dressed as if he were alone and doing everyday domestic tasks as we all do.

In answer to WickedBrut, if I had a prosthetic arm, I'd probably let the girl know before I see her. No surprises is usually a good MO, unless it's a surprise for a special occasion. There was an incident on DC board years ago when a girl posted a public appology to a handicapped guy because she was taken by surprise , got startled and ended up not opening the door for him, but later she felt very bad for what she did. Had there been no surprises, I'm thinking that wouldn't have happened like that since the girl would have some time to prepare for it in her mind.
It seems that many girls don't (or try not to) discriminate handicaps. Personally, if I was a male provider, I'd feel sympathetic for handicaps and wouldn't make a big deal out of it. Only thing that would matter would be that she is paying me for my time and that she's CLEAN everywhere

If he was comfortable either way, I prefer short sleeves, stump showing. I have a thing for unusual bodies. I don't mean that in an offensive "weird body parts" kind of way. "Not usual" is what I mean...stumps, severe battle scars, extreme disproportion, missing parts, burns, cosmetic extreme body modification, etc.

So, it wouldn't bother me once I get over the initial shock since, thanks to the way we're wired, I expect to be meeting a completely able-bodied person.
However, my ex was missing a leg, so I'm not quite sure how different it would be to be missing an arm. I think I'd prefer he left the prosthetic on simply because of how I prefer to be fucked, but, obviously, it's up to him.

I was a bit shocked for a second (and felt bad actually), but he was so sweet and polite that I forgot about his missing limb (specially after he told me the story). The key here is to let us know ahead of time so it is not a surprise, I had someone who lost his fingers in the military he mention it ahead of time so I knew exactly what to expect, in fact because I love military stories, I was quite excited to see him and listen to what he had to say. I will not turn them away, they are human beings and obviously as long as they pass my screening, are respectful and sweet, they get the same treatment as everyone else!
